“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. “Join the BreadClub for occasional discounts and offers.These subs are very similar to Wegmans subs (DiBellas actually shared their process with Wegmans I believe). The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.“

“I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no.
