“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. The bread is among the better for sub shops (not too hard on the outside, but not completely soft either). The ingredients (meats and toppings) are very good quality. It is a little more pricey, but it is worth it.“

“I ordered three subs from DiBellas on East Ridge Road after work Saturday the 20th of Nov. around 3:30pm. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who made my sub's I would have let her no. Great Job Young Lady, thats what keep customers coming back.. she was very nice, thank you for being so understanding I was tired and all the staff who help including cashier was great, I ordered the meatball,, turkey, and steak, subs, they were delicious and service was great ?? quick and the atmosphere was very nice I will be returning.
