“The greatest thing about this place is its proximity to Island Valley Golf Course. In fact, it shares the same parking lot. This means it's great for pre and post rounds of golf. It's usually not too busy and the food at this location is fresh. The restrooms are also decent, and there is some nice window seating as well as outdoor seating. A good place for a quick bite or cold drink in the summer. Also hot Subs in the winter. Subway is a nice addition to this fast food plaza corner.“
“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. I’ll definitely bring the family back soon! GREAT JOB!“
“Outstanding customer service at this location. Mgrs Chad and Tom helped meet my needs in an emergency when friends were displaced by fire and sent to a nearby hotel. They did everything needed to accommodate on short notice and help me get a meal of subs to the displaced family of 6. Chad even included a personal note wishing them well in getting through this difficult time. We were all super impressed and the family in need felt cared for. “Excellent hidden gem within the Eastman museum complex. We didn't plan to have lunch while we visited the museum but after reading the eclectic menu for this restaurant we couldn't resist trying it and we weren't disappointed. Had a chicken sandwich that was a daily special along with their house chips and a pickled egg. All of the food was outstanding and full of flavor. Also had a stuffed cookie which was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“

I wrote to them and the next time I went back the manager specifically came to me, remembered my name, and apologized and totally made it up to me.Hope he gets credit for his small yet thoughtful gesture! “I wish there were more locations. This is the only place I get subs. The roast beef is cooked fresh every day. The rolls are cooked fresh every day. The tuna isn't dry. They have fresh baked cookies that are the size of your face. You have to get your roll buttered and toasted. It really makes the sandwich better.“
“Love Charley's! They are my go to when eating at the mall. The lines can get pretty long at this location, but they do move quickly! Personally, I like to Mobil order when I eat here. The first time I did it was a bit confusing ad there is no exact pick up location, but now I know u pickup next to the registers. The food is super good, I always get the same thing which is the Chicken California with no lettuce. Super good! If you ever come here definitely try it!“

“This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! “DiBella's is consistently fast, fresh, and interesting to eat. There runs a risk with subs, that the flavors are boring, or the sub is dry, or the company goes for the easy layup and saves money scrimping on say, pickles. DiBella's does none of these things - a 10 inch sub feels like more than I SHOULD eat in one sitting, and often makes two meals (except when I just keep eating, because it tastes good). Nice decor and friendly staff too, makes this my go to for subs.“
