They have meals to accommodate any diet, low carb, low fat, high protein, etc. The meals are delicious and the staff and atmosphere at the farmingdale location are awesome! I used redefine meals to help me weight cut for my last amateur fight when I competed in the LI Fight for Charity last November. I still use them weekly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend them!“

“I absolutely love this place, it has been such a convenience to me and my husband after becoming new first time parents just being able to run in and pick up a few meals for the week has been so incredibly helpful to us when we just don't have the time to think about ourselves let alone what's for lunch everyday between the baby and work. All the meals are so fresh and absolutely delicious and you truly never get sick of them because they have so many choices to choose from.
I also love the staff everyone is so friendly, especially Stephanie, she is the absolute best! She is your girl if you don't know what to try, she's so incredibly helpful with recommending her favorites. My favorite is the burger bowl and chicken quesadillas:)“

“Nutriwolf is in a strip mall on merits road right near the Bethpage state parkway. There is plenty of parking. The store is clean and well lit, even smells good. The front of the store carries items like shelf stable workout supplements. The far left of the store has refrigerators with meal prep (pictured). The back of the store has shakes made to order as well as checkout.
I've had several visits to this location and enjoy the meal preps themeal preps the most. Almost everything I've had is excellent. I'm not 100% sure I agree with the calorie count on items. I'm also surprised for a health food, they would include white rice or white flour products instead of whole wheat or whole grain. Despite that, big thumbs up for flavor and most things are good sized portions.

“Lots of choices and good food“

“I’m very satisfied with HMD meals. I have been using them for the past two months trying to clean up my diet and eating habits and the results have been amazing. I went from 215lbs to 201lbs. I leaned out a lot and held onto my muscle. Which has been an elusive goal for me over the years. HMD meals also have helped curb my spending on eating out and eating other unhealthy options when not cooking at home. All in all I highly recommend using them for your meal needs.“

“I’m here at least once a week, it’s the best açaí of the local places….not freezer burned, not sweet but not bitter either and the consistency is scoop-able and great. Been coming for years! The product is super fresh. Different locations have different products like lunch items, the smaller locations tend to focus on breakfast. They have a young staff all really nice. Highly recommend.“

“This is the best just salad location!!! The employees are so efficient and such kind people. They are always super patient and understanding when it comes to ordering specific orders. Alexis the manager was so awesome and helpful , and also the ladies there as well i forgot their names! But definitely come to this location, i love getting rhe pick 2 combos!“

“So good! I ordered the Hit the Road Jack bowl with a few additional toppings and kale slaw for pickup. The order was packed well, and both were delicious. The kale salad is creamy but no drowned in dressing, and the bowl with the two sauces was perfect. A much enjoyed break from fried food and heavy meals while traveling for work.“
