“Awesome, friendly staff!Sadly, they underfill their products, so it's a bit of a rip-off. They charge nearly $2 a donut, so you'd think they'd care about serving a quality product since they can't justify exorbitant prices any other way. This is obviously an owner problem, not a staff problem. It's pathetic that someone took out massive loans to just ruin their own reputation. “

“I generally order ahead, and almost always is my order ready when I go in. If they are busy in-store, it may be delayed. All depends on the time I go there.Parking: Being at a gas station, there is a lot of traffic and sometimes parking can be at a premium.“

“Ordered a coffee and avocado toast at the Canandaigua Dunkin' drive-thru. Both were delicious, and the employees were super friendly. Having lived in a much larger city for 25 years, where drive-thru attendants are often the epitome of indifferent, unfriendly, and sometimes downright rude, and where you cross your fingers and toes hoping this may be one of the 25% of the times your order is correct, this was a refreshing experience! It's amazing how friendliness and common courtesy can start your day off on a happy track.“

“This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order.They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco. Has great flavor. The filling is the right amount and there is everything that's supposed to be in there. If Dunkin Donuts doesn't make these available as a regular menu item, I'll be very disappointed.“

“Don't know why this place doesn't have a higher rating because I come here pretty frequently and I never have any issues. I stopped going to Dunkin' because of how sugary the same drinks are and Tim Hortons coffee is cheaper and overall better quality in my option. This location is located on ridge rd in Webster Ny, and co exists with the speedway gas station.Every time I come here the quality of my coffee is delicious and is always made quickly. This is one of my go to spots when I'm in a hurry and have a lot of things to get done. I never get caught in any major line and the employees are so nice. If you download the Tim hortons app you can also enjoy the rewards program that turn into free drinks for all you Tim lovers!“

“We were heading back to Canada, stopped in for some treats for the ride home and to try some new items. The woman at the counter was super friendly and patient. Offered me the seniors discount without asking and gave a few extra cinnamon bites as were nit sure of the quantity. “Tim Hortons is great!! I especially love all of their different flavors for both drinks and baked goods!. Only reason I took a star off is because I don’t like how when you order a size of latte it is the next size down than what you’d expect (example: if you order a medium iced latte, you get a small). At places like Dunkin for instance, if you order a medium iced latte, you get a medium iced latte. I just think asking over $4 for a medium iced latte, you shouldn’t get a small.. Other than that Tim Hortons is great with everything else they have to offer!.“

“I've been going to this location since my move to Palmyra almost 2 years ago. Always great service for walk in orders from every employee there!Drive thru service is awesome!If a mistake is made, everyone is quick to correct and still give a great experience! (Give respect, get respect) :)Things that don't affect the employees that I would hope would change one day:The location is small for a drive thru, especially in the busy times of the day.The parking lot is also kinda small.
