“Haven't been in a long time. Was so pleasantly surprised on first that you had Harp on draft and that fact that was a fun place that day and burger was excellent. Bartenders were very busy but handled it like true professionals. Wait staff was working very hard. Will def be back again.“

“Food and atmosphere was great. Service was bad, the waitress asked us if it was out first time, we answered yes. She then tells us that its fine, shell give us more time and if we have questions let her know. We finish our drinks and she never came back to check if we needed refills, we had to get another waitress attention. We waited awhile after finishing our meal for the bill, almost as if we had been forgotten about. When she finally came over to process the payment, she handed the card machine with the tip already set to 25% and told us "just hit accept and proceed and your good". Besides the poor service the food was excellent.“

“These guys have really good burgers. A nice patty-probably flat-top cooked (so it's not charred). Enough toppings for the price, and the bacon isn't that cheap pre-cooked nonsense. The staff is always friendly here, so that's a definite plus. I don't drink so I'll only comment on their delicious food.“

“The food we got was delicious. My wife had the cauliflower crust flatbread, which was a little sweeter than she expected because of the jam on it, but still very good, and I had the fish and chips. The dunks were also very good and the ambiance was a lot of fun. We sat at the high tops in the bar which is more of the loud and a lot going on seeing...because it's a bar of course which is what we wanted that night, however there were much much quieter and low key tables in the back of the restaurant for the sit down eating experience. This one is now added to our regular list of places to go.“

“We are long time patrons of this restaurant. Owners and management has changed over the years but the staff has stayed and true to their craft. Tonight we had a party of 16 and were treated like family. Not one missed step even with another large party and and a full house.“

“Seating area has shade, but not much elsewhere. Food is somewhat pricey given the fact that it's on the beach. Outdoor bar. You can only drink in the designated areas because of New York State laws. Excellent for laying on the beach and watching sunsets (Note: Long Island North Shore is somewhat rocky).Another side note: Last time I was here the bar area, they had somewhat of a bee issue. Apparently they've discovered that there are sugars and protein to be had, so they come around. No one was stung last I saw.“

“Scouted six different Cajun style restaurants in Long Island. Wound up in the farthest location with the best menu, the best service, and the best flavors. Totally enjoyed that jambalaya, seafood specials for fabulous, stuffed mushrooms were delicious.Wonderful venue for our small party. “We have a tradition of coming here for st pattys day because my hubby does not eat red meat. He always getfs his turkey burger and is happy. I was estatic to see fried pickles on the menu. I got the pickles, seafood bisque, caesar salad and a corned beef sandwich. EVERYTHING was fresh, came out hot and was delicious. It can get loud but it was st pattys day after all. Try it, you will go back.UPDATE 3/17/2020 had to get our feast to go. My corned beef dinner was the best EVER. Hubby's Turkey burger was perfect. Miss our fireside table today.UPDATD coming here is also our New Year's Eve tradition. We do a late lunch, early dinner. Dinner choices are plenty and delicious. You can't go wrong no matter what you order. Love the staff.UPDATE AGAIN. March 17,2021. Had to get our dinners for pick up again. Grumpys chicken and my corned beef and cabbage dinner. Oh yeah and a pretzel. Each year is better than the last. I got onion soup, a shrimp cocktail, sm Greek salad and fish n chips (hey it's a last meal after all!) Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food came out SUPER HOT and PERFECT. We don't go anywhere else for our special occasions. THANK YOU GRUMPY JACK'SUPDATE. ST. PATTY'S 2024 husband got his chicken and I got a small Greek salad and the corned beef platter and a non alcoholic bloody Mary. Staff is always pleasant and keep in touch with you. Food came out hot and plentiful. Oh yes perfectly cooked and delicious. We come here for major holidays and person events. Don't intend to change as they are all the BEST.“

“This place was well staffed. I went on the night before Thanksgiving and it was packed like most bars are that night. However, unlike most places this place didn't leave anyone unattended. The women behind the bar worked quickly to serve everyone.The food was very good! Much better quality than most bars.The only downside of this place is the filthy women's bathroom with a broken door. It could use some cleaning and fixing up.All in all, a great place with a welcoming atmosphere and a great staff!“

“Went here for the 1st time to celebrate a friend's birthday last friday night. There were 20 of us, so we didn't call ahead of time or anything, so we were scattered into small groups. What was GREAT is that people there who were sitting at tables actually got up and made room for us to all to sit down or even take the space by the back wal area near the bar.Food EXCELLENT, service EXCELLENT, Atmosphere, AMAZING.
