“This place has a very small parking lot of its own, but there's street parking available. The inside is spacious and has space for large tables, nice lighting, comfy chairs, and a huge bar. Servers were attentive but not hovering, brought out breadbaskets and water r8ght away. All the dishes we got were very good, and the portions were very generous. Some of the dishes were on what I'd normally consider serving trays. The seafood was cooked just right, the shrimp were large and cooked to a nice bite. The mussels were big and cooked to perfection and not shriveled up. The meat was nicely seasoned and cooked it to medium rare like I asked. They also recommended a bottle of wine which was pretty good, we had 2. Overall, this was a hit and we're definitely coming back.“

I always bring my out of town guests here and I have hosted several large gatherings here for 15-25 people over the years. The food and service are always exceptional. “Fantastic meal tonight. We had several food allergies including gluten and dairy. They were amazing at making sure that we had several options to meet all of our dietary needs. The owner came out and explained the menu to us. They were unbelievably helpful and the food was absolutely delicious! “We ate on Wednesday to celebrate my birthday. This was our 30th visit and the best ever. We've eaten steaks at Lugers and Old Homestead and Sparks and the Orto flat-iron steak is the best. Perfectly cooked no gristle. They gave me a birthday custard. I love Suzanne , but Maddie was wonderful. And as a big wine drinker I love he BYOB policy. Peaceful place. JIM“

“Came here based on a recommendation. I am not a wing person so I had a meatball hero and a Caesar salad. Both were fresh and delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful and I got my food within a few minutes. There are very few seats inside so getting your food to go is probably a better option. There are plenty of food choices in this immediate area but KC's is definitely worth a visit.Parking: Parking is not a problem here.“

“Joey Z's has some of the best breakfast around! I always enjoy coming here for consistently good food and quick service. I had the banana pancakes (which are my go-to) and my mom had the Eggs Benedict which came with potatoes. The staff and owner are so kind and make you want to keep coming back!“

“I had dined at Stella Trattoria only once before, at Christmastime 2022. I can’t for the life of me figure out why I didn’t get back there sooner. This restaurant is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. We were seated immediately upon arrival, & had drinks in less than 5 minutes. Our waitress, Julie, was the best. The food was nothing short of wonderful! It arrived at the table hot, in very generous portions, and was absolutely delicious! When I took out my “doggie bag” to enjoy a second dinner, I found Julie had marked all our containers making it easy to identify the contents, as well as making sure everything came home, sauce and all! Each one of our party of four thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. Stella Trattoria is FINE DINING.“

I will say I throughly enjoyed the chicken buffalo but it was super mild. I was hoping for a kick. The pepperoni was amazing. I could have eaten 3 more slices. I'm gonna hit this place at least two more times while I'm here working to try the others. Bbq, veggie, garlic knots.. all looked amazing and the perfection on this crust and sauce leads me to believe they likely are. It's a self seating, get your own drink, and don't hold up the line kind of place. I can see how lunch with kids would be tough. Can't wait to try another slice!“

“Recently visited with friends for lunch. Table service was excellent with server explaining the specials along with recommendations on the basic menu items. Dining area was clean and overall ambiance simple but appealing. Ordered the chicken roll which they specifically cooked for me and a vegetable which were cooked to perfection. Overall service was great. Server checked up on us multiple times and we felt right at home, not rushed at all. Restaurant located on the main road but entrance and parking are behind the strip center off Hawkins.“

My entree was the Chicken Monachina. The portion size was very generous. Maybe a little more cheese than I would've liked. The chicken was of good quality and had no gristle. It's some of the best pizza I have had on Long Island! (and I have had a lot, haha). Also, given what prices for slices lately have been, the fact that you get such large slices at such fair prices for such good pizza is really nice. “Pasta Pasta is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I was there on Saturday March 16th for an afternoon lunch around 3pm. We were greeted right away and seating just as quickly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly while Anthony also provided us with the lunch menus. We shared all of our food so we could enjoy the amazing CHOCOLATE BAG!!! Trio deserves 10 ⭐'s for both.This restaurant handles two types of food service, restaurant seating and catering for small to large parties. I've now experienced both. My most recent was a repast after a funeral. When everyone is emotional, the last thing the family needs is problems with the food service. Well, in our case, more people showed up than were originally expected. The staff at Trio didn't miss a beat. They set up additional tables in a flash and quickly had the tables set. We had buffet style dining and the selection was outstanding, with something for everyone. From soup to nuts, everything was delicious. They had fish, beef, vegetarian selections and even offered coffee and dessert. (by the way, if I had known how good the desserts would've been, I might have eaten a little less dinner.)The service is impeccable, everything is clean and fresh, the linens and tablecloths were spotless.I'd like to add that Trio is on the grounds of the Holbrook Country Club. This one passes the test.Servers are quick and courteous. They always have more people on staff then needed so there's never a wait. At least every time I've been there.I used to go when I grew up a few towns over and it doesn't seem to have changed.Their Sicilian is my go to when it comes to slices. I like their marinara sauce for dipping as well.Vegetarian options: Pizza and eggplant dishes.Parking: Always more then enough.
