We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

With several tables, plenty of food orders, kids enjoying the games, and lots of movement and drink refills—it could’ve been a challenge. The staff handled it with smiles and excellent service. “Stopped at this location for the first time to have a breakfast sandwich. I used the drive-thru to order a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. The sandwich was quite good, but they did not include the requested packets of salt and pepper, and they provided no napkins. Although I've heard people praise McDonald's coffee, I ordered a large decaf and found it pretty mediocre. UPDATE-1: My second visit went better. This time I received napkins and the requested salt and pepper. The breakfast sandwich was very good but the coffee was still bland. They were busier this time, but the drive-through line moved quickly.“

“The service was spot on! Our server was great! As expected, the food was served hot & delish. I ordered their spicy chicken sandwich with fries & a side of ranch. The portion was huge! I was meeting a relative I'd not seen in a few years so we stayed way past normal (about 3 hours) but the staff & server kept filling our refreshments the whole time (we'd already paid & tipped much earlier) so we left an additional tip & tild the server how much we appreciated her kindness!“

Our first dasher stole our food, sad for us. We put in the same order and the people working must have noticed. They added a TON of extra fries, and an extra patty on each of our burgers. They didn't have to, nor were they asked to. Thank you!“

“I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

Cliff and Armando are absolute legends—super personable, cracking jokes, making you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Honestly, the food was great, but the service? That’s what made it.

I’m not even from around here, but if I knew these two were still working when I came back, Ruby Tuesday’s would be my very first stop —this place has better vibes than anywhere I’ve been in a long time

“I walked in, and immediatley got put into a seat and told to eat. The overall service was good but I have a few things to critique on it.

First, I got harassed by a young women with a pornhub shirt asking me to be in their porno.
Second, I got harassed by a gremlin when I left and he said for a happy ending, I would get a 50$ Olive Garden Giftcard.
Third, the pasta was a little dry, there was ranch on my pasta and it tasted super salty.
