“We doordashed our food and it was amazing. I am absolutely impressed. The store was closing for deliveries, yet our food was so fresh and the temperatures were all perfect. This is my favorite location. I highly recommend trying it out. I will admit, it is a little pricey, however, I feel it makes up for the quality of ingredients. ☆☆☆☆☆
P.s. Dining in makes for a great atmosphere no matter the weather.“

“We had their Mother's Day Brunch buffet, it was very good. The staff was friendly and did a great job.
A decent buffet including prime rib and omelettes and so much more, setup very nicely in a large attractive dining room.“

“We arrived after someone with a very big order apparently. We had to wait much longer than typical but the good part was that the manager recognized the situation and got things caught up. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the wait. It wasn't just a throwaway phrase. I appreciated that.“

“Sub was good, fresh roll and meat(I'm hoping) Kind of weird situation happened while there, but glad I wasn't served the meat. Wanted a Roast Beef and Pastemi sub, and a Pepperoni Sub. the gentleman said he didn't have any Pepperoni or Pastemi, pointed out a whole unwrapped Pastemi, he said "Oh Ok, we got some" We ordered my husband's Sub the Roast Beef/Pastemi Sub, while I was trying to figure my sandwich because i don't really eat Lunch Meat But the weird thing was, upon getting the Roast Beef, he took it out of the case, went the slice it and suddenly take it off the slicer and throw the whole piece of meat in the trash can. I said, "OK, we'll just have all Pastemi on that Sub. I guess I'm good being I don't eat Lunchmeat other than Pepperoni. My husband said the Sub was Good, It was definitely a Great Price, just hoping the meat was good, not out dated, i guess we'll soon find out. Friendly Service“

“After several years of having no Thai restaurant to call our own, I think we finally found our place. The food was amazing, the service was prompt and very friendly and engaging. I was warned when I ordered the hot (their spice levels are mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot, and I'm not doing Thai hot ever again, IYKYK). We had a great conversation with our server about the spice level and the food quality. I told her I came here for the heat and to let me have it. There's just something about Thai spice that compliments the dishes so well, it's why I love Thai cuisine so much when done right. Can I just tell you how happy this food made us? When we lost our local Thai place, it was like there was a death in the family. This was like seeing an old friend again. I ordered panang curry with chicken and Julie ordered a mango cashew stir fry. Wow. Both dishes were amazing. The flavors were so pronounced, the veggies were so fresh. It hit all the buttons. And just like the place we used to frequent, the heat was perfect. It was about 8 star heat for those of you who frequented Thai rose. I told my server when she brought it out I was quite excited to be able the see the heat in my dish with all the red speckles in it. We can't wait to return and explore the rest of the menu, very highly recommended.“

“Amazing food & amazing service. The service i received was one of a kind. I don't know how they don't have a 5 star rating. This place is definitely very underrated. Have been here from out of town for a long time due to my daughter being admitted into the hospital here. Their delicious food & their kindness has made syracuse feel more like home. This is my go to place for some good homemade pizza & Stromboli in Syracuse. Get food from here! You won't be disappointed!“

“Came into Ruby Tuesday’s just looking for some food and ended up having one of the best nights I’ve had in a while. Cliff and Armando are absolute legends—super personable, cracking jokes, making you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Honestly, the food was great, but the service? That’s what made it.
I’m not even from around here, but if I knew these two were still working when I came back, Ruby Tuesday’s would be my very first stop —this place has better vibes than anywhere I’ve been in a long time
