“Really nice atmosphere. The brunch menu is a little small, but the options are pretty good. My friends and I got a carafe of mimosas, they were $42 so not bad. There's basically a full bottle of prosecco and triple sec in it, so extremely strong for a good price. My brunch burger was pretty good, the burger was a little over cooked but overall good. The garlic fries are fabulously seasoned and very crispy so I loved them.”

“5/5! I cannot recommend the state room ENOUGH! I just had my daughter's baptism lunch this past weekend and the food, ambiance, service, environment were all 10/10! Julian was an amazing hostess who catered all of our needs from beginning to end, even offering custom napkin colors, helping us run stuff from car to venue, providing easels... she made the event absolutely seamless. I cannot wait to host a party here again. All of our friends and family were also raving about the food and how lovely the day was! We cannot thank you enough State Room!!!”

“I took my friend there for her birthday on a Sunday. The server recommended the Prickly Pear Margarita-delicious. She checked on us many times to make sure everything was okay or if we needed anything. We had the corn tamales, tacos and a veggie burger. The food was great, service on point. You can tell, a ton of care and attention went into developing a relaxing, enjoyable speakeasy environment. The steaks, sides and drinks were all excellent. They didn't miss a thing at this place. The host even chased us out the front door to thank us and invite us back when he missed us walking out. Wow. If you're in town, reserve a table. Just be careful who you tell!”

Delicious food, get the maple bacon avo toast, and best cappuccino I've had in years and years- perfect ratio of milk and coffee, and great amount of foam!also try the tumeric chai, out of this world. “We tried here again after about a year. Well not any better.We asked for well done brugers, we got very Red. The big pretzel was hard and came in two pieces. We will Never eat again. Maybe they care if you dine in, but for sure they could care less if you get it delivered!!! The food is not good!!”

“I discovered this gem by googling pizza near the airport. The pizza ? was very good. The garlic knots were some of the best I ever had. We then ended the meal with Zepooles with Nutella. Very good. However, equally important as the food are the owners! They were so welcoming and friendly. This is my new go-to spot after a flight. Can't wait to taste more of the various menu items. They serve breakfast as well.”

“Me and some friends were looking to find a new Chicken spot and we were absolutely blown away. This place is amazing, The sandwiches were amazing their fried chicken was great. The Corn bread was probably the best I have ever had. The sauces were the star of the show though, every good spot needs good sauces and they delivered. The owner for no reason other then just being a great guy gave us free corn bread and fried chicken (please don't hound them for free things). I have already been back again and plan to keep going back.”

“After a nice sauna session a few doors down, we stopped in here for a light dinner. Did not disappoint! Lots of parking in the back, and this place is among several other places on the corner of Ocean and Main. It was pretty full, but we got seated in a cozy spot up front. Immediately drawn to the octopus salad, but also tried the tuna wrap. A half dozen oysters while wating. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the wrap was nice and packed. This might become a regular after-sauna spot. Water glasses were filled often, and the service was nice and cheerful.”

“I ordered superbowl catered food from Riley Fibbers in East Islip. The whole process was seamless. I placed my order earlier in the week, paid, and was asked what time I'd like to pick my order up. When I arrived to pick up my order they had a server in charge of all the to go orders and everything was ready and waiting. All trays, and containers were clearly labeled. The portions were great and all the food was delicious. I frequent this location often knowing the large range of drinks and beer on tap, the owners and employees are great and pleasant, and all their food including their specials are always delicious! Go check them out, there are 2 locations in East Islip and Selden.”

“This past weekend we had Keith cater our annual camping Friendsgiving. The food as always was amazing! They delivered to us on time, set everything up beautifully and all the food was hot, delicious and fresh. Those pirogies didn’t last long, they were amazing! The Swedish meatballs were also a favorite. But so hard to pick when everything was awesome. You can always expect top notch food and excellent service with this crew. They’re #1 anytime we need catering. Thanks again for a delicious event where everyone was stuffed and enjoyed every last bit!”

“My boyfriend and I love Buttermilk’s! It’s one of our absolute favorite date spots. Perfect for breakfast or lunch! Extensive menu of food and drinks with a lot of creative specials! There’s usually a wait when we go, but we never wait as long as they tell us we might have to. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the food is AWESOME! I never write reviews for places but Buttermilk’s deserved the A+ review!”

“This spot used to be the Patchogue bean but has been UPGRADED! The funky monkey coffee was so good (chocolate and banana mmm) I can back again today to have it! Not pictured was my HUGE crossing that was so so buttery and flaky, it was a little hard BUT the taste was there regardless and bread is bread, I see it and im happy. This is one of my new favorite coffee shops. Plenty of parking in the back and they're open pretty late! Highly recommend this spot. It's a little dark but they offer lamps and I loved the music and service provided. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot!”
