“This is a primo smokehouse with an incredible deli. But with a twist. It's Bavarian/German as opposed to Italian. And that is really tough to find. And a deli that MAKES THEIR OWN SMOKED and PREPARED MEATS really is a rarity. And they do it well. With a great attitude. They are right off the Taconic, they're near 84, not far off 87, and close to heaven for carnivores. Checkout the website.

“I called for some advice to feed a party of 70 co-workers and got expert help and a warning to reduce my portions, not increase them! The food was delivered on time with assistance and it all tasted great. The plan is to do this again next year. Thank you Kris and Gus for your expert service and delicious food. “As a military guy I look for good service, polite servers, and good food. It is the best sub shop I have been in, in a long time. It was a great sub and I was able to eat it outside at a table and the help was out every few minutes to see if anyone needed anything else. Please check them out.“

“Franco's has the best fresh mozzarella. Only place comparable to Arthur Avenue, actually even better. Save on the gas buy your fresh mozzarelka here. They also actually know how to slice Proscuiitto. All who live up here know that is a rarity. Their catering is amazing. Above all else nicest folks in the world. This is can't miss deli across the board. Best Italian Deli in Dutchess County.“

“Recently ordered a 6 Foot Tuscan Italian Wedge & a 3 Foot Italian Combo wedge for a Church Luncheon (Goodwill Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Beacon) & they were both delicious & very much enjoyed by our congregation! A big "thank you" to Xavier, James, Briana & the lady who delivered them to our Church! “best deli ever The people who own it are awesome always so friendly. the food is awesome Everytime I am in the area of Wappingers falls I have to stop at Roma. “This a quaint little place on route 55 heading east. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. There is a seating area if you want to sit down and eat your sandwich or meal. They have an assortment of drinks and snacks as well. The business is situated on a part of the rode that curves a little and has crest, so you have to careful entering and exiting the property. I love that they have signature sandwiches! Can't wait to try them all. This is another spot my partner suggested when we had down re from our EMS duties. I'm adding it to the list! ?
Dietary restrictions: All food is custom so they can accommodate.
Parking: Huge lot that is part of the property. Gravel and dirt.
Kid-friendliness: Frequented by lots of locals and there were teens there sitting, eating, and talking. Quiet calm atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp.“

“Ordered delivery this morning and when the delivery driver forgot to bring coffee be immediately insisted he bring one right back. He followed through and delivered a large hot cup of coffee minutes later and couldn’t have been more pleasant during the entire exchange. After a very rough night with two toddlers I was very appreciative of the short but very kind interaction thank you in and out!“

“So we were driving through the town of Newburgh looking for a deli to grab a quick bite to eat and came across this place. They had a nice variety of breakfast sandwiches and what first impressed me was the sandwich was made FRESH! The coffee station, meticulous! Not a grain of sugar on the counters and the store was exceptionally clean. Now we tasted the sandwiches, which were done pretty quick by the way, and wow. Like wow! Fresh soft bread, toasted, order was perfect, sandwiches were hot and packaged neatly. My ONLY COMPLAINT is, sadly, they’re far from me. But I’d take that trip for good food, pleasant service and reasonable prices. If you’re passing through that area, definitely check them out!“

Decent alternative to the Pancake Factory &/or local diners (though I like those places also). Shown is the Big Breakfast Platter w/ scrambled eggs, sausage, & pancakes. “We worked with The Main Course for lunch on three consecutive days. I worked with them to curate a delicious and nutritious meal for each of the three days. Each day offered up a different tasty meal, complete with proteins, sides and deserts, while accommodating dietary restrictions. The delivery service was prompt and comprehensive, and the provided serving ware was nice. Thank you for taking such good care of our team! We will certainly be working with them again.“

“The fact that someone could give less than 5 stars for this place makes me sick! The food here is so incredibly underrated, to say the least. I've been keeping this hidden gem a secret for a couple of months now, but this place deserves more business. I work locally, so it's common for me to order breakfast and then come back for lunch, HAHA!Breakfast: BEC SPC ROLL... for $5... the pure value of this Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich is deserving of the 5 stars alone.Lunch: People don't understand how good their hot food is. I will eat ANYTHING they put on the line, I swear to God. White Rice, Pinto Beans, Stewed Chicken w/ salsa – 1000/5 stars... it's simply the best-tasting | most filling | healthy | most affordable meal in the area.The service here is also great! The ladies behind the counter are always so welcoming and friendly!If you need a good on-the-go deli sandwich or a delicious hot meal, this is absolutely the place to go <3“
