“We enjoyed our stay at Eastwind and frequently ordered from Dandelion bar, snack foods, and also had RSVP for dinner.
The bartender and staff are professional, kind, and well trained. Michaela (Mikayla) knew all classic cocktails off the menu and prepared and served them as expected.
This place has best and unique Onion Rings in my opinion as snack. I like the fact that the dinner menu is also short but every thing is healthy, tasty, and well thought.
Although they had ran out of rice and some other vegetables, our server suggestions for substitutes were very helpful and didn’t impact the experience of original dishes.
I observed that Hen dish is most popular and many were ordering this dish, but we had Cucumber Peanut salad, curry style stew (Fish) and Hanger Steak and very content.”

Plus this great shop supports local artists by allowing them to hang their work, taking nothing from the artists. “Was greeted with friendly smiles. ths place was packed but they happily were able to seat my husband and I. we both shared the pear and gorganzola salad which was fresh and delicious. The Pappardelle with beef ragu was phenomenal and there pizza was so delicious. Dessert we shared the Italian cheesecake also delicious. You can tell they put alot of love in there food. Highly recommend. Service was outstanding friendly,knowledgeable and prompt.. Definately will be back again and again.”

“Under new management - now named: Inn Between Diner. Friendly staff, good food. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner any day of the week. One can order any item at any time of day. If you want breakfast as a example, they will prepare it for you any time of day. You can order take out as well.”

“The restaurant and the comfy bed was the best part of our stay!! I will admit it’s my fault I didn’t notice that it stayed that all room are on the 2nd and 3rd floors but their stairs are insanely narrow. We chose the double room and that’s pretty much what it was…. A double bed with a sink and an end table. Then what looked to be an old closet was the shower and toilet. The whole room was at a slant and to sit on the toilet was very tight to say the least as well as the toilet having the same lean. Again, the bed was super comfy and my hubby and I were forced to chat as there wasn’t a tv in our room oh, and no phone. The walls are paper thin as you could hear the people not only talking next to us but below us too! We are at the restaurant downstairs which was amazing and if you’ve had the fried chicken, I don’t need to say anymore, it’s fantastic! The lady that checked us in was nice also. I will make sure to read all amenities and look more closely at room pictures.”

Once again food is carefully prepared and delicious.
We were so happy to find out that Amy and Chen are back as owners and experienced chefs. We so very missed this simple no frills family run establishment. Though we tried the food a few times after they left and the new owners took over, it unfortunately was very disappointing. Seemed like a very important part of Margaretville was gone. Then Amy and Chen came back along with family helpers and kitchen staff.
We had an incredible lunch today. Fresh and prepared exactly as requested. Portions are plentiful, prices extremely fair and most reasonable. Once again everyone there is smiling and greeting customers so warmly. It is truly their labor of love for Margaretville to enjoy!
