“This is nicely built beautiful newly remodeled Wendy’s in the heart of floral park on Jericho Tpke . Unfortunately beautiful views to enjoy a coffee was blocked by all kinds ads sticked on the window. I wished the ads were sticked on the top window“

“Like the fresh chalupas here but they always try to rush you to order which is good fast service, but need some time to think about what to order maybe something new on menu that have not tried if they would give you a chance to notice what's on the menu.“

This spot is small has just about 4-6 tables that can only sit 2-4 people but the staff if middle aged women kept things moving I was in and out with my order“

“My Wife and I saw this place while shopping at the Roosevelt Field Mall and never had it, so we decided to try. The server was very nice to us and gave us some suggestions and what was popular. We got the Works and Bacon Double chesse hot dogs and the pull pork poutine fries. The food was very delicious. We will definitely come back again for there food. Great job.“

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). Food is good but some employees need more training in customer service. If they run into a problem they need to escalate to a manager and not make the customer feel like they’re the problem.“

“I just stopped in for lunch today. I had the spicy thigh burger meal, which includes fries & soda. I’m a retired chef & have tried numerous chicken sandwiches. This was delicious! Juicy, just the right amount of spice. The fries were also excellent! Not a fast food establishment, this is cooked to order.Both the young lady at the front counter & the young man working the kitchen were also very nice. Nice atmosphere! A pleasure, made my day!“

Food is rushed out like a fast food restaurant. Not made fresh in front of you -made to order !

Beef & chicken is chopped up into cubed not served like patties (you would get from the truck )
New - Clean restaurant /not like the board of health violation the truck was.

Prices are less then the food truck

“Valentine's Day at White Castle was a bucket list experience I had been trying to achieve for years and it was totally worth it! I’ve ordered from here a few times within the last couple of years, so you could say I’m a loyal customer. Restaurant could use some work from the inside for customers who like to dine in. It doesn’t seem like they give particular attention to the customer experience but it is fast food like Dave’s so that is to be expected. The spice levels are not on par with Sam’s Hot Chicken in Hillside which they are allegedly partners OR share recipes with (I am unsure). I wish the price wouldn’t increase practically every time I order food from here. There needs to be transparency with payment methods and tax, which other customers have brought up. Once I came during lunch time, they refused to apply the lunch time price specials which is a bummer. Please don’t advertise deals you won’t actually enact, it’s extremely disappointing. “I love their pizzas. They have a brick oven that they make their pizzas in and it really brings out the authenticity of the pizza. Their pizzas are sized just for you to eat. You have a choice of ordering a bigger/“regular” sized pizza that you’d often see at other pizza places but their pizza size makes it so easy for you to just eat that by yourself and go. One recommendation for when you go is definitely the bbq chicken pizza! I love the bbq chicken pizza. I get it all the time but it may be a little too sweet for some as said by others that have tried the pizza but i dont think you can go wrong with bbq chicken pizza even if you do find it a bit sweet.“

“Tried it today after contemplating for a while. The server answered any questions I had and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor.Coming from the Island background of Jamaica I tried the Curry chicken wrap. It was so good, it didn't need no sauce. The server recommended the Butter chicken, and I came back 2 hours later to try it and he remembered my order. The food is freshly made to order. Very impressed! This will be my new lunch/breakfast spot.“

“Came in once last week and once yesterday, a bit later during the night. Since it was this late on a Sunday I didn’t expect the food to taste that fresh. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. The manager was very nice and I could tell he’s trained his workers well. Will be coming agian.“

I had the Oreo Waffles with saucy tenders. While they overdid it with the Oreos which made the waffle very sweet, the waffle itself was tasty. The tenders were great, they put adequate amount of sauce and the chicken was tender.
Co-worker had wings and fries which he gave rave review for.

Overall, a great addition to our rotation of take out restaurants. I would recommend this spot.“
