“The service was very slow. One employee taking care of a customer that was very slow to decide what type of coffee... This wasn't the customers problem. Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time“

“It has good latte drink! With a special flavor ingredient that was inside the vanilla latte "hot"! Especially this place has delicious carvel ice cream cakes! Which it's my favorite to have on my birthday in some yrs! Most yrs on my birthday is something else! But mostly it's on carvel ice cream cakes!“

“Good service. This Dunkin' has an order kiosk, so you can skip the line (or personal interaction), and you can still scan your QR code from your phone. Also, this location has seating, so you can sit and dine in, not just takeout or delivery.“

“This location makes the best mocha cappuccino blast. I've been to quite a few Dunkin Donuts and I can honestly say they make it the best. I live a bit far but it's worth the trip. Staff is friendly and eager to service with a smile.“

“I love my DD coffee. Asif is very nice and efficient. There was a female worker who left and it was very difficult to get my coffe correct, however there is one new lady there now who is very good.But today is free coffee day. I bought a coffee and ask for another coffee free and a woman told me I couldnt get it. I was using my app and paying cash. Disappointed. Lots of other customers were complaining about the same issue. Frachisee should train their workers correctly.“

“Service is great. Food is great. Drinks are great. I recently ordered a dozen donuts and I got some ugly monstrosities. I provided pictures. Two of my jelly donuts were stabbed multiple times. One of my boston creme donuts has warts. Another has a scar from when it was pierced by an arrow. My chocolate sprinkled donuts are (from top to bottom) in ascending order of the amount of sprinkles on it. Finally, two of my strawberry glazed donuts are of different color hue. Probably one of the donuts was made from a sickly strawberry and the other was made from a strawberry at the prime of its life. The latter is also shaped like Yao Ming compared to the other donuts. I deducted a star because not all my donuts were Yao Ming.“

“I'm very particular what day/time of day I go, some employees make drinkd perfect, the ratios of flavor to coffee. Or the ratio of matcha to milk; some days/times it tastes like someone's first day without training, the matcha bombs in the milk is wild. I feel like it's not just this location. It's many dunkins.“

“My sister and I came to this store many years ago and both of us ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese and hot chocolate. The food was good and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy because many people waiting to order and people making the things that they ordered.

Dietary restrictions: If people have dietary restrictions, need to inform the waiter before ordering.

Kid-friendliness: This place is kid-friendly because families can take their kids here for a meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because flat surface.“

“This is a location that has fast service and good staff. They serve the neighborhood so that is reflected in their friendliness. Even if they are busy, they do their best and rarely lose their cool. More often than not, when I come in to pick up my drink right after ordering it, it's ready within a minute or two. Food does take longer but you can't hurry up toasting food.“

“Staff is pretty pleasant but seating is a problem. Very few seats available here, and most of them are taken by people that are less customers and more akin to permanent residents. This tends to be a big turn off for many customers. This Dunkin donuts also has no bathroom. Keep that in mind before you have 2 cups of coffee. In summer (or any decent weather) there are benches outside, again with seeming permanent residents occupying them. If you are just a grab and go customer, you'll do fine.“

Just went for some comfort breakfast b4 the first 2 midterms of the year and I did not regret it! I got a vanilla donut with sprinkles and a hot chocolate, my friend got a ice coffee with a caramel, extra milk, and whipped cream. Tastes awesome.“

“On this Saturday evening, I ate Boston cream donut and a vanilla bean coolatta. The staff was in a good mood and attentive to my needs, no complaints from my side. The coolatta I had today was exceptionally well-made. The ice was incredibly crushing, making it perfect for a quick drink. I absolutely love it. The place has undergone a recent renovation looks good to me, but it could benefit from more frequent cleaning of the tables, floor, and countertops.“

“Service was nice food was the way it usually is no complaints place was kept pretty clean not as many doughnut options compared to other dunkin's but offered a full menu and promotions the location is good because of the parking lot so that wont ever be a issue coming here“
