This is the go to place for egg tarts. It's been here forever, but 27 years. They had different variations of egg tarts, coconut, a few other flavors over the years. I've always gone to them for egg tarts over the years. It's sad to see them go, the owner is retiring so now everyone's going to get egg tarts 1 last time. The crust is flaky and perfect. Small bakery that has many options. We noticed however that people only ordered the egg pastry. That's what we were there for too. After a brief wait we were served a fresh , hot pastry. It was really good! Creamy and slightly sweet, the filling was warm and gooey. The crust was flaky and perfectly cooked. I would recommend this place. They had a sign that said they were closing soon. Go while you can
Flushing Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue intersect above the 7 liken train station to sell the famous Portuguese style custard cups going back many many many decades at this location. Goodbye !
