Just discovered this place. Love the Malatang here. For vegetarian Person try their tom yum soup base. It's really savory.
Great food every time. This chain is straight from China, so you know the flavors are authentic. You get to choose what you want in your bowl and they charge you based on the weight. At the counter, you will be asked if you want it stir-fryed (ma la guo) or which soup base you want (to make it a hotpot style soup bowl).
