I went twice there. I love there chicken sandwich. What made me want to come back beside their chicken is their outstanding staff. They're very polite and friendly.
Jocelyn was super sweet and awesome!! Always kept it friendly and was understanding when we asked if it was okay to celebrate a friend’s birthday with a piece of cake from another store.
Jocelyn in the front is the nicest and best server here. She speaks in a friendly tone and had allowed us to create a special moment as me and my friends said bye to our friend and coworker from CFA. Truly she deserves a raise!

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a restaurant known for its chicken fingers, which many find to be great and the best in the business. The food consistently comes out quickly, fresh, and piping hot. Meals like the Box Combo and Three Finger Combo include items such as fries, toast, coleslaw, and sauce, with sweet tea available in combo meals. Many reviews praise the top-tier and accommodating customer service, noting that staff are friendly, patient, and go above and beyond even during late hours or near closing time, providing quick service.
However, experiences with the food can vary. Some find everything decent, fine, or okay, but note the flavors can be average and not particularly wow-ing, with several items tasting on the salty side. The sauce is specifically mentioned as too salty for some. Opinions on value and portion sizes are mixed. One customer felt the portion sizes were stingy and absurd for the price, while another found the meal offered too much food for one person. The atmosphere is generally okay, though some note it can be loud. Overall, while the restaurant has significant hype and many positive aspects, some find it an average experience that doesn't fully live up to expectations.
