“I have been ordering take out from here for the past three years, and each time Roast and Co never fails me. My go to are the caprese sandwich and the home fries on the side. The home fries are soft and not like your common crispy french fries, but, everybody has their own opinions. Service is always a little cold and personally, I am fine with that since it's take out.“

Got the tropical island chicken sandwich which was juicy, and their burgers are juicy too.

The strawberry milkshake was pretty good as well.

However second time I went the sandwich wasn't as good as the first time.

“I used to get chicken from the a flushing location, but this one is more convenient for me. I love that it’s not just chicken burgers. I can’t eat carbs anymore, but sometimes I’m craving fried chicken. I love their fried chicken wings and drumettes. It’s so flavorful. They definitely use a bit of curry powder for seasoning. I get the mild. Their spicy can get very spicy for me. Next time I will try the roast wings or whole chicken. It’s well seasoned, chicken is crunchy, and the value for the money I paid is great! This is not really a sit down place. You can but it’s fairly no frills. Best for takeout and delivery. It’s a mom and pop shop so happy to help out. Also, the chicken isn’t overly salted like Popeyes. Good for a fried chicken fix without raising my blood pressure :)“

“I got chicken over rice for $12 hands down best deal I’ve had in all of NYC as a foodie. It was my first time experiencing halal food so I asked bunch of questions to the guys at the line and they were very chill; they described all the toppings that I pointed to and gave me a GENEROUS PORTION. Chicken was well seasoned and tender, rice was also seasoned and chickpeas and hummus were decently fresh; everything tasted good even on the next day. This fed me for easily two days! “For a place in the middle of a block, it just shines through the chicken was absolutely tender fell off the bone season properly. Had a salad with it. That is an artist beautiful put together did take out which was very fast. The rice beautiful the beans were kidney beans and prepared beautifully. You mix the rice and the beans together and use your spoon and you have a wonderful dish. a chicken is spectacular. Got the Kona cola which is delightful and very hard to get goes very well with the meal. Definitely a must place for everybody to go to much better than the Supermarket chickens. Of course they have many other things on the menu and I’m sure that they were just as equally good come on by say hi and the way we go.“

“Top 3 k fried chicken I’ve had in my life! Excited to try Sweetie’s after trying Peeps a few weeks ago. The wings were fried to perfection. Didn’t have that double fried (wet coat?) crunch like the heyday of BonChon about 20 years ago but it was a pleasant crunch nonetheless. I would say the crunch is close to what you would imagine Kentucky Fried Chicken’s would taste like based on the picture but unlike that KFC there is no disappointment! Sweetie’s has a nice combination of crunch that also crumbles softly.

My kid got the tteokbokki and it was a very decent sized portion for the price. Good flavor, they didn’t skimp on the sauce, and the rice cakes were not over/under cooked!
