“I was on head count detail a few times so I got the chance to work in the back at the cash register. The soldiers in the back usually handle the food well. The only issue is the drive thru should have more options. The overall dfac is nice with many many options from the drinks to the deserts etc…”

My complaint isn't about that though.
We are Canadaian, down to visit friends for the night in Carthage. I want to treat a couple of my girl friend s to lunch and had no US cash. It was very disappointing to see that they wouldn't accept any Canadian cards. DEBIT OR CREDIT!!! Maybe at the most 25 miles from the border!!! That's pretty sad. Welcome Canadians.!!! WHAT A JOKE..No wonder the tourist numbers are down.. 😔”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“I’ve been eating here since my husband was stationed at Fort Drum, and this place has never disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious! Koreana recently came out with their new lunch boxes, and I tried one today—absolutely amazing. The portions were perfect, everything was flavorful, and it made for such a satisfying lunch. “Amazing crab Rangoon, folds in the ends of the triangle so no empty crunch, totally stuffed with a wondrous 50/50 of crab to cheese. Add to that I asked for extra spicy beef lo mein and whomever was working the line snagged some moruga scorpion chiles from his garden and utilized 1/4 of one to make the best and most spicy lo mein I've had the pleasure of experiencing. Lovely duo, possibly a couple(?), not to be presumptuous, either way very accommodating and kind people. Can't wait to go back again!”

“Not going to lie. Not impressed, got the chicken hibachi with a side salad. Fried rice was an extra 1.99……….. for a quarter piece of chicken. 🤣 all for $18.34 after tax. Won’t be returning, not worth the money for low quality food and small amount that won’t even fill my 2 year old.”
