I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. “Ever since the new owners completely revamped the old Spinelli's, this has been my go-to pizza, and more, place. The food is amazing and the pizza selection is unique and incredible. I'm mean, Thai Chili Calamari pizza, getoutahere! And the Black & Blue burger on toasted garlic hero is one go the best burgers I've ever had...and I've had a lot of burgers. The Italian wedge salad with crispy prosciutto is incredible, and I don't eat salad but after seeing it, made my mouth water...I had to have a plate. I have to mention the Pasta Gambero with shrimp, un effin believable! And the staff is truly wonderful. They're so friendly. They really make you feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. So much so that I wound up marrying one of the owners daughters and (yes we did) gave our newborn Samuel, Sardo as a middle name!!! This place is here to stay. Check it out. The staff was very impressive; what was supposed to be only a couple of slices of pizza into an amazing experience. So clean, fresh food, pizza to rival Gloria’s in Flushing. The rest of the menu - never disappointed- always glad we moved close to them from Queens and Brooklyn.
