“Great staff. It’s very interactive because there’s a white board anyone can right on and the tables have games like tic tac toe and connect four. It is really nice and I recommend going with friends. Also look out for deals. Never got something there and didnt like it. Everything there is a hit.

“One of the best places to get a bite to eat and get a coffee! They have açaí bowls, Korean corn dogs, and more! Such an amazing place and did I mention it’s KOSHER!!!!“

“I am a frequent customer at bayabar Oceanside. I came to this one and had a bad experience. The curly hair girl that works there isn’t friendly at all. I saw them make my bowl wrong and when I addressed that they forgot coconut, didn’t put peanutbutter and that they had added honey they looked annoyed. Instead of remaking my bowl they decided to add coconut and peanutbutter on top of the honey. This was without consulting if I had a honey allergy. When I brought the bowl home there was barely any peanubutter and BARELY ANY ACAI BASE!

One of the owners Marco contacted me after this happened and was super nice and understanding. He refunded me and ensured that that would never happen again. I definitely will give this location another shot because of how nice the owner is and how well he handled the situation.“

With it being affordable and delicious it makes it an easy pick for when I want to go and have one of their bowls or smoothies. Would recommend to others“

“I stopped by yesterday afternoon to get some bagels for my daughter. Unfortunately they had closed 10 minutes before I got there. A gentleman came out of the store and said sorry we’re closed. You missed us by about 10 minutes. I told him I had just left a doctor’s appointment and was trying to get gluten free bagels for my daughter because she really enjoyed their bagels. He stopped and said he had three in the store. He went back into the store and brought me not only the 3 bagels but some frozen ones as well. His name is Mike and he is the owner. He didn’t have to go back into the store but he did. He made my day. There really are kind people in this world. Thank you Mike! You have a customer for life.“

Sobol at Bay Terrace has become my daily go-to spot for health-related food, especially smoothies. I can’t speak highly enough about this family-owned gem. Since taking over about 5 months ago, you can truly feel the passion and care they pour into every product and every interaction. “I accidentally discovered SoBol while I was walking around, but I’m very glad I did. I got a kids size coconut smoothie bowl (I wasn’t sure if i’d like it) with some nutella, and it was delicious. I also got a spirulina smoothie and it was so good that I’ve visited SoBol twice more to satisfy my cravings! My brother got a Chocolate Cacao smoothie, and he absolutely loved it, he finished it in approximately 5 minutes. He would recommend it for kids or for adults with a sweet tooth!“

“GrillMak has been a favorite spot of mine for probably almost 10 years now. My go-to's are their sticks - Filet Mignon, my favorite, but their chicken and pork sticks are delicious as well. Occasionally, I will go with the filet mignon gyro when needing a more complete meal. Their sweet potato French fries are a nice side to any meal. There is plenty of dining seating indoors and some outdoors during the summer. You will find plenty of parking here as well.

“Sanaa is the best. She knows my order before I say it, makes my smoothie perfect and never forgets my discount. She also trained new employees to accommodate me in the same manner. She is management material to me with the best customer service I've seen so far. One kid asked me why I be coming so late near closing. I found that to be distasteful. There's a slim dark-skinned guy that works there also who usually knows my order as well.“

It's a little pricier than other spots in comparison, but so far I've had no complaints with the quality. Also service has been nice and straight forward too. My biggest issue is their hours. They don't always seem to open on time (10am) like they say they will. Their start time seems to be too late already with Planet Fitness right next door. I can't be the only morning workout person who would want a smoothie at least by 8:30-9am. It seems counterintuitive to business. Anyway, that's just a side thought on the way to the point that they are worth going to.“

“I love this place. The two girls that work in the morning are super sweet and they always make my order correctly. I love all their juice and smoothie drinks. My favorite is the heart beet juice. After a work out, it is my favorite thing to do. I recently tried their avocado toast and it was delicious. It's healthy and delicious. I never ordered for delivery and always come into order.“
