“We moved from Port Washington to MA this May and have been unable to find a spot that offers everything that Aki does, not to mention at the same quality! They just execute everything so well. It was our go to for sushi, we loved the apps (the crispy rice and jalapeño yellowtail are fire), and loved also having options for classic Chinese food. “My wife and I come here together regularly, and it’s one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. Our strategy is always to order 5 or 6 different dishes, enjoy a great meal, and take the leftovers home for dinner the next day. The portions are very generous, so it works out perfectly.

Our must-order dishes are the Berkshire pork belly, honey cucumber, rock shrimp, braised pork belly, wood ear mushrooms, hot and sour soup, fish in wine, Emperor’s cabbage, Sichuan beef shank & tendon, and Chinese broccoli. I order the Berkshire pork belly every single time.

If you enjoy spicy food, definitely try the chili oil stew with beef. Just be warned—the bowl is huge! It’s incredibly flavorful and absolutely worth it.

The waitstaff are always knowledgeable and happy to explain the menu, which is especially helpful if you’re trying something new. The interior has a beautiful, authentic Chinese atmosphere that really adds to the experience.
