“The Texas Ranger restaurant has a wonderful pedigree having been moved to its current location from its former location on the Nautical mile, a restaurant which is now called Rachel's. In the early 80s, my wife and her sister worked as waitresses there and remember the goodness of the food 45 years later. From what I understand, the new owners bought the name and the original recipes for the classic dishes for which the original Ranger was known. Forty-five years later, my wife says the recipes remain true to the original and are definitely worth a visit and revisit.“

“12/30/25. Fresh coffee took a bit, but arrived hot! Ordered the have it all ($18.79) minus the ham. Each item had tons of butter but was very good. The pancakes and French toast are top tier. Gotta ask for warm syrup (even sugar free). Service by Tae was friendly.“

“So lucky to have an amazing vegan place right here in Williston Park. The food is delicious. Haven’t had anything on the menu that wasn’t amazing. I ordered wood grilled kona lamb. The dish was prepared to perfection, well served and delicious.
Considering the location and area, if you are seeking a classy restaurant with amazing atmosphere, seasonal delicious menu, and yummy choices then I highly, highly recomend this restaurant.
And don't miss out on their shot glass, gorgeous desert menu.

“The Cuban sandwich with 2 sides Is so delicious I Have been craving it for over ten years now since I Moved Out of town And I have never been disappointed by anything That I have ever had there and I was literally a regular customer there for over five years in a row I was just so hungry and I had to make it my daily lunch break Order and it was so good to have a seat at one of the tables and Take my lunch break and enjoy my lunch break with a leisurely seat at a little table. By the soda fridge and then I was done eating lunch and I had cooled off enough to get back to my work and finish for the day and then I went home with my full belly And complete satisfaction with my lunch and what I ate. I have been recommending this As the best BBQ place for miles and now It’s become a very popular destination among the friends and family who have taken my recommendations. “Second time dining. Excellent service. The food is over the top. We shared the Chef's Special eggplant appetizer and it is simply outstanding! The pita is so fresh! For dinner I had the special that night which was an authentic Kabab and there was no leftovers. We also try their varieties of rice which is is delicious and we have jasmine rice nightly. Finally their baklava is the best we have ever tested. This dining establishment is indeed special.“

My daughter Victoria and I stopped by this Olive Garden at 1246 Old Country Road, and we had a wonderful experience. Our server, Ariana, was excellent—very attentive, friendly, and professional. The manager, Margarita, was also amazing and made sure everything was perfect.
The food was delicious and came out very fast, which we truly appreciated. We enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere and the outstanding attention we received throughout our visit.
We definitely will be coming back. Highly recommended!“

“Have ordered many times from Ole’s. The food is delicious and service friendly and warm. Today, decided to eat in so we could try the nachos crispy and warm in the store. They were amazing!!! The other items were also great, my kids loved all of it. At the end, we had a chance to meet one of the owners, Manny. He was very friendly and warm, chatted with my boys and then surprised them with a warm churro. Needless to say, we’ll be coming back even more frequently now. Yum yum yum.“

“Guys, I have to share my experience at Let's Roll because it was wonderful. I don't really like ice cream (i know, that's crazy right?), but my husband and my kids always go to this place so I decided to try it. It's a super friendly place that's owned by a wonderful couple (Craig & Giselle, I think? I don't really know if that's how she spells it), but I never wanted to try the ice cream. Except today. I tried the passion fruit flavor - and my God, there's nothing like it! You really have to taste it - it's so yummy. And besides, the place is super family-friendly, with super nice people, such positive energy. I will be back soon. 5 stars for Let's Roll in Merrick!“

“We had Thanksgiving dinner here with my two boys. The service was absolutely outstanding. Our waitress was amazing . The food was beyond what I expected. Well done!!!! The portions were beyond believable and believe it or not the take home portions were just as amazing as they were when first brought out. More than 5 stars. “Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

“Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“
