Marinara is just the right amount for a calzone although I'd prefer a warm sauce. Menu price $10.75 already includes tax, which is nice for diverse students at Cornell.“

“My food did not come out how I had expected. My waitress (Molly) was very fast to fix it, she went to get her manager (Erika) so I could ask some questions about the steak being changed from what they previously serve, she said yes. I told her what I wanted and she made sure that I got it. The attention to detail she has is amazing and if my business was big enough that I needed a manager I would have tried to snag her. She is the type of manger that business owners look for. She helps bus tables to save time to get more people seated. I see that she is an asset to the way that Ciao is run!! She deserves to be recognized!“
