“My wife and I came into town to run some errands and found them through a quick ‘Italian restaurant’ google search. I’m so glad we did! The wait was estimated about 20-30minutes, but we were offered seats at the bar without any wait! To our surprise there was $5 spaghetti night and what a nice welcome to find an affordable meal! We got a Moscow mule, Diet Coke, and a double shot of Tito’s vodka. Our meals were spaghetti with a meatball, rigatoni Bolognese, and crab stuffed mushrooms. The meals both came with salad and house made Italian dressing (delicious!) and complimentary homemade bread. Everything was absolutely perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bartenders were both women, and extremely quick and attentive. We had such a great experience and loved the atmosphere. The bar is very old school wood, really made you feel at home. We will be returning, I’ve heard great things about their ‘Steak Tuesdays!’“

This is old school Italian from the sauce to the cheese to the pasta and that is coming from a Brooklyn New Yorker. Frank makes his way to all the tables to meet the customers and is working right along side the employees like they are family. This is family Italian at its best. A hidden gem in the small hamlet of Maine NY. If you have the opportunity to go I highly recommend it. Haven’t had anything this delightful with music wine and food on an outdoor patio in a long time!“

“I bought a pie in June and it was the best pizza, hands down, I’ve had in the triple city area. Couldn’t finish it all so I froze 2 slices with the foodsaver and just reheated tonight in the microwave, and then hit it in the cast iron pan to crisp up the dough and it was like the day it was served. They take pride in their work and use the best ingredients in everything. Chicken salad is amazing too. Five star service, price is right and family owned. We should all be talking about this place!“

“The food was great. I had the five cheese ziti. The experience would have been better if me and my daughter were not put in a cubby with a loud large family. The main dining area would have been nicer and maybe our server would have had just as much time as our neighbors.“

“It's good pizza when its actually good. Sometimes it can be doughy. At times you can tell they are not cleaning the pizza oven they reheat in and the pizza will taste burnt or like another sauce from another pizza. The kids working there could be friendlier and not act like customers are bothering them when getting food. Makes me not want to go there.“

“I got a half sheet 6/5/25 at 11am. One of the best chicken wing and half white broccoli pizzas from here to date. Whoever made it did the crust a little thicker and the entire pizza covered in toppings. I get pizza here a few times a month and the last 2x were great. My family goes to the vestal parkway nirchis and has been disappointed last couple times with there pizza. I tried there's and they definitely changed up the wings sauce 1 out of the last 2 wing pizzas. My family goes to Canada to visit family and always brings a couple sheets of wing pizza per there request. I always recommend Taft Aves. 👌“
