UPDATE 12/1 updating them from 1 star to a 3 star because they took the time to resolve the issue and took accountability that’s a 5 star experience in itself.Food was trash, ordered the mock duck and veggie beef. The mock duck didn’t have much flavor but was okay texture wise than the veggie beef which was just flour fried up into thick squares (I could have did thatmyself and saved a 30 min drive) no attempt to get any type of texture, tough to chew and had 0 seasoning,...read full review
