I ordered wood grilled kona lamb. The dish was prepared to perfection, well served and delicious.
Considering the location and area, if you are seeking a classy restaurant with amazing atmosphere, seasonal delicious menu, and yummy choices then I highly, highly recomend this restaurant.

“1st time trying a Capital Grille. Came to celebrate my birthday with my wife. Reservations are a must at this place as it can get busy and even with a reservation they may ask you to wait till seats are available.

From the moment you are seated, the staff make sure you are taken care of. They are patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Our server Nicholas and the managing partner Richard ensured that whatever you were celebrating, you would feel special. Highlights of the meal included a wonderful birthday card with decorated table, well created drinks, the lobster bisque, 48oz porterhouse steak, the lobster Mac and cheese, velvety mashed potatoes, and the scalloped potatoes (which most places I've been to don't even offer). Seeing I was curious about dessert, they even offered a complimentary sample of 2 mini desserts and allowed me to order the main dessert separately if I wanted. Nothing felt pushy, rushed or fake. Only lull in service was regarding waiting for check. Definitely will be coming back to see if this place hits the right notes again. Thank you all for a wonderful night.”

The portions were beyond believable and believe it or not the take home portions were just as amazing as they were when first brought out. More than 5 stars. “After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! I’ve ordered food from here before, which is excellent and will continue to do so because of their generous hospitality. I will also pay it forward next time I’m at this restaurant!”

“Nice atmosphere in in a small 40 seat dining room. The portions are a bit too large, however maintain qualify. Chef note, the soups could be updated for broth flavor, the eggplant and tofu needs a sauce update. The nassau sushi is perfect. The shrimp tempura is perfect and the fry oil is Fresh! The owner is very attentive to the restaurant operation. I will return.”

“Today was a madhouse the restaurant seemed short staffed and we waited for about over an hour to get food but Adriana stepped in and saved the day, she changed our whole experience and made it memorable and gave us a reason to come back. She definitely deserves the title of manager because she handled business and even became our personal customer service personnel making sure we were happy. I would love to return any day she is working because she gets the job done.”

The vegetarian dishes I tried were a myriad of flavors, and it was so nice to experience new creations that I have never had at any other restaurant. Revel’s decor and lighting made us feel like we were somewhere very special but also comfortable. If I lived near this restaurant, I would visit frequently. We loved our experience.”

We both enjoyed our meals; service was attentive and friendly, the hostess who sat us down noticed my upcoming birthday (likely from OpenTable) and asked whose it was. My wife pointed me out, and they treated us to a complimentary dessert, which was a nice touch and made it feel celebratory. However, our table was in a high-traffic area, so staff (servers, busboys) kept bumping my chair throughout the night, which was annoying and disrupted the meal. They apologized each time, which was appreciated, but it happened repeatedly.”

“Crackers is a spot often overlooked as it is on the entrance road to the Roosevelt Field Mall in an office building's first floor. While this coffee shop offers no table service, the cafeteria style ordering gives you a chance to see all the day's offerings and to peruse their menu board. They make great soups, salads, and sandwiches as well as daily hot lunch specials. Often, I would take home lunch for dinner, especially their Swedish Meatballs and Egg Noodles, Sausage and Peppers, and Chicken Francese. The office favorite is their BLT. A nice bonus if you dine in is their dining room. Decorated in rattan and light colors, it feels like the place belongs far south of Long Island. It is a great spot to meet a friend for lunch and catch up on cable News 12. They draw a business crowd, but the line moves so you can enjoy your lunch.”

Decided on the samplers: double play or triple play based on the number of proteins (limited to pulled chicken, pulled pork, bratwurst or chopped brisket (+$2); can't double up on same protein). Served on a tray which made it look sparse. Bbq meats were good for me, tasty and not salty (usually saltier for me at other places). Prefer brisket not chopped though.
Came with 2 sides (each serving was a bit small) and cornbread.”

Now on to the people
Their is only two people I think deserved a raise or to be promoted
First is the older black women on espresso bar she was so sweet and kind and she listened to me when I had concerns about my order and I love how she sings my name when calling it instead of yelling at me like a catholic school
Next is the red head woman with the tattoo on her arm I had such a big order and she was efficient and read everything back and I have to tell you she made me comfortable when ringing up my order she was so sweet and kind and she even wrote a note on my bag with all of the food items inside
It reads “to the kind woman with all the amazing vibes and amazing stones necklaces just want to say I love your energy and vibes and it was a pleasure to ring you up and serve you today I hope you have a better day and get home safe and be safe and enjoy your food and drinks stay beautiful inside and out” that right there made my day which was horrible and it was raining so it made my rainy day so much better she even asked if I had any allergies because one of the drinks came with cinnamon what a gem she need to be promoted so idk who you are mystery girl but keep being amazing yourself
Then after her the girl from the espresso bar was kind and amazing and I loved her service

“I have been coming to Gregory's at Roosevelt Field Mall almost 5 days a week. I can't rave about the staff enough!! they are absolutely an amazing team. I work in the mall so I have quite a few different places that I can choose from to go get my fairly simple iced Americano. however I always choose Gregory's because of the staff. ( Not going to lie the beans really are the best also) I am a manager at one of the stores in the mall All of the team know my name and my drink is always me perfectly. I even recommend my customers to stop by if they are looking for great service and great coffee.
