Crackers is a great spot. Love the French toast!! The only issue I have is the counter lady touching money and flipping toast brea/whatever it may be with the same dirty glove. So she's wearing a glove and not using the other hand to take the money. Lots of contamination. I make sure if I order she's not touching my food. Enjoy!
So this is deli/restaurant and catering business that appears to cater to the locals and surrounding businesses. I just stopped in for a Reuben and hoped to be delighted; to my surprise, I was. The sandwich looked amazing as he was preparing it. He sliced fresh pastrami and carefully layered it with its toppings and after he was finished, can I tell you that it was absolutely delicious? Crackers is a spot often overlooked as it is on the entrance road to the Roosevelt Field Mall in an office building's first floor. While this coffee shop offers no table service, the cafeteria style ordering gives you a chance to see all the day's offerings and to peruse their menu board.
