“My absolute favorite coffee shop!! I am in the hard bean at least twice a week and I have had nothing but great experiences! The coffee is consistently good, and the food items are always fresh. The service is outstanding and the staff is always kind and attentive. I typically bring my laptop and stay for a while to get some work done, and this is a great place to do so. The WiFi is great and the atmosphere is always very calm. I love that when I go I am supporting a local family business that is hardworking and dedicated to what they do. I also got the punch card and my 8th coffee was free! Great touch for frequent flyers in the Merrick area. “I called the restaurant today on my daughter’s birthday (2/26/24) to ask for a table for 5 people including two children. I was told there’s not enough seating for everyone but they would gladly accommodate us at the event space next door. I agreed. My family arrived at around 6 and the two ladies took our order and Yvonne took a few minutes to prepare the table for us. When she led us into the room we were so delighted and astounded! The place was so beautifully decorated, and she managed it in a very short time! All the food was delicious! She made my daughter feel so special, she danced with the girls and helped cut the cake! I was very lucky and blessed to have been given this wonderful memory! It was such a pleasure to meet Yvonne, she is so sweet and has such a good heart! I always order through Uber eats and I’m never disappointed however when you try to contact them it goes straight to a message and that’s not good people have food allergies so you should either have a note option or a phone that works. “The people and the food, juices, and elixirs are wonderful! What a find!!!! We had sone delicious fresh juice and the lovely woman brought us samples of their elixirs , which were delicious and so energizing. We had the spinach and lentil turnovers which were also delicious... I was not expecting such health food to be so delicious. We needed to sit outside because we had a dog and they were so concerned about our being in the sun that they offered to move their canopy over us.The whole experience was so filled with genuine love and kindness. I wish I lived closer, I'd be here all the time!“

Some people think it's a cult because it's run by a community of religious people, but never once have I had anyone preach to me or try to convince me to be anything besides me. The people behind the counter are always loving and out that energy into the food they make. I usually get the satay wrap but also love their vege burger. I highly suggest their juices.“

The server that my bro and I met, Crystal, was super friendly and welcoming.We ordered different smoothies for ourselves, our parents, and my fiancé: Oreo; plain vanilla (not on the menu, so this was a special request); s'mores; mocha frappe. All so delicious...and healthy! What was interesting to learn is that none of the smoothies are made with milk, only water and the protein powder!The consistency of the smoothies was perfect: not very thick, not watery. Crystal told us that they are meant to be meal replacements and should therefore keep one full for 2-3 hours. That was definitely the case with me - got our smoothies early afternoon, and I personally did not get my appetite back until dinner time!I enjoyed my smoothie, but I came here with the intention of getting a protein power bowl (had been craving one from the night before). So it was a bit disappointing to learn the bowls were not available because they had been sold out.Great place for a healthy treat, but my advice would be to come earlier versus before closing time, so you have a wider selection available!“

“This was my first time, I just so happened to be sitting in my car across the street. I decided to try it. I had tomato bisque and a byo bowl. The soup was the absolute best. I'm serious. I should have bought more. The bowl was so good. I ate every drop of everything. I also got the strawberry basil lemonade. I'd never had this combination before, but it was so good. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just right in the middle. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back again. My bowl had chicken. No fat on the grilled chicken. I hate the fat and gristle.
