“This is bar food at its best! Easy parking. Fast service with excellent recommendations. My husband ordered the western cheeseburger. Even the bun was lightly toasted. I had the quesadilla with fries. There were LOTS of crinkled fries. My dad ordered 1/2 hot and Cajun hot which was a good balance. Learned about double dipped wings. He enjoyed them! My stepson honey mustard Cajun and hot wings. He couldn't pick a favorite. They had a nice crunch to them.“

“Went there for st. Patrick’s day. Couldn’t be more pleased. We had a reservation and got seated immediately. Service was fast and friendly and the food was out of this world. I think I’d sell my soul for more sticky toffee pudding. If you want an idea of their service I watched a man straight up slap a glass of beer out of the waitresses hands (he was a hand talker and it was an accident) and into the wall. She was super kind about it and someone (a manger or owner) came over and immediately changed out everything and cleaned everything up while the server got a new beer. Everyone was kind and quick about it and had I not happened to catch it out of the corner of my eye. they were so discrete Idt I would have. As a table we tried the Sheppards fries, the corned beef and cabbage, corned beef sandwich and sticky toffee pudding and all were incredible. Definitely will be back!“

“Went for a Sunday brunch and got the Huevos Rancheros and was pleasantly surprised by how good and delicious it was. I also had the Gypsy Juice as my beverage, along with some Pastelitos (beef) shared for the table. Those were just OK to me and I've had better elsewhere. My party and I sat outside for a nice day out on the patio and some people watching, and despite being the only ones out there while we were dining, we still had great service from our server.“

“Okay, my fiancé and I go a lot to the hamburg location never ever have a issue… unfortunately today on a Monday night we both got caught up in work late in the night so we went to the location downtown to grab food togo. When arriving home (a 25 minute drive) and opened bag there was No sauce and 6 sides of pickles that wasn’t asked for instead…. Called back right away and asked for a manger (emily), Emily was not only upset and frustrated with us because we are HUGE sauce people but also wanting to fix the issue right away.. we paid cash and opted for a e-gift card, Emily Right away emailed us $50 for our next visit. My fiancé and I had really hard day today and she made a bad day turn to a good ending,“

“The food here is tremendous (wings are on par with Bar-Bill and they have a great fish fry), but one word of caution - do not expect to be able to order meat on Friday’s during Lent. Long time regulars are probably well aware of this policy but we were caught a bit off guard. Given that they were absolutely packed with people ordering the fish fry, it makes a lot of sense, just something to be aware of.“

“We ordered drop off catering for our 30th anniversary party. Everything was delicious and HOT. Matt was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our numbers kept growing by the day but that didn’t phase him. He went over and above, making sure we had the biggest brisket he could find and he even brought us an extra pan of veggies just in case. The bbq pork mac n cheese was a huge hit. The prices were very reasonable, especially for the superior service. I highly recommend Blue Fire BBQ! Thanks for a great experience, Matt!!“

“I love this place! It can become a little crowded sometimes but I definitely think it’s worth it for the atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and it’s always very clean! I live in the area and it’s nice to not have to travel far for a good tap. The only thing I really think they need to improve is the parking lot. There are about four parking spaces and on a busy night there is no street parking.“

The restaurant and bar were very busy but no excuse for the disorganization we experienced. Probably won't go back as Buffalo has many Italian restaurants with better food, atmosphere and prices. I came in and was like a family I’ve never met. They took care of my family and I. I hope to take my daughter up there soon.“
