“Youngs Farm is an absolute delight—a charming, historic spot near Oyster Bay that’s perfect for a weekend visit. Their farm shop is filled with delicious baked goods (don’t miss the cranberry scone—truly the best I’ve ever had), along with pies, cookies, jams, sauces, and fresh local produce.

Beyond the food, they also carry beautiful ceramic cookware, table runners, tablecloths, and all sorts of thoughtful kitchen and home knick-knacks—all at very reasonable prices. It’s such a lovely place to bring kids: you can stroll through the sunflower field or enjoy a laid-back picnic with the goodies you just picked up.

It can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but the charm and quality more than make up for it. A must-visit if you’re in the area!“

“Found this restaurant by accident on Friday and we love it! In fact, we went back Saturday for Churros and Sunday for dinner again. On Friday we had their Street Tacos and today we had their Tako Bowls! This may be a small place, but their flavors are not!! Amazing food and great portions! The entire staff from front and back of house are very friendly. So glad we found them and looking forward to going back! We HIGHLY recommend them!“

“The Cuban sandwich with 2 sides Is so delicious I Have been craving it for over ten years now since I Moved Out of town And I have never been disappointed by anything That I have ever had there and I was literally a regular customer there for over five years in a row I was just so hungry and I had to make it my daily lunch break Order and it was so good to have a seat at one of the tables and Take my lunch break and enjoy my lunch break with a leisurely seat at a little table. By the soda fridge and then I was done eating lunch and I had cooled off enough to get back to my work and finish for the day and then I went home with my full belly And complete satisfaction with my lunch and what I ate. We always have their Mediterranean sampler and their penne a la bolognese. We tried their pesto penne yesterday and it was so tasty! We also had their buffalo cauliflower wings for a lil kick! My Mother’s Day would not be complete without their chocolate cranberry tart! We also had their Turmeric Latte (coconut milk) to go. “We arrived at Lisbon Cafe at 3:00 pm, atfter lunch hour rush and we had the luxury of dining al fresco. The staff were friendly, attentive and knew the details of the menu items.
We ordered three appetizers - Grilled Calamari, Bolinhos e bacalhau, Portuguese clams. The sauce of the clams was out of this world! We mopped them out with soft bread! The combination of clam and pork sausage was perfect! The grilled calamari paired well with peppers and tomatoes.

The cod cakes were melt in your mouth soft.

For main, we ordered Feijoada de Mariscos, Bacalhau a Lagareiro, and Chanfana Cabrito (Braised Goat). The meal was served with salads and rice. We ate everything with gusto and with delightful satisfaction!

Overall atmosphere was nice with larger parties able to be accommodated in a larger, brighter room while main dining room was more cozy with smaller booths/tables and darker ambiance. I also ordered the chicken & wild rice soup and the “very very” spicy Cajun crab soup. Both very light and delicious and it wasn’t really very very spicy, it had the perfect amount of heat.

“Avellion's pizza is delicous. My husband is a pizza snob and we found Avellino's and he has been loving it. We used them for an event and they were able to deliver the pizzas to the Garden City Mini Golf Course and everything was perfect. They were on time, the pizza tasted great and great customer service. Will definitely be using them again.“

We split the Il Giardino “ panini for our table appetizer ( and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his perfectly fried calamari dish)..the gnocci melted in our mouths - salads and other dishes memorable - I loved the bruschetta - goat cheese, walnuts, honey and mushroom! For instance if you order Dim Sum, it will come to the table with exotic hand carvings of a variety of birds and animals all made from food that you will feel the need to take a picture of. Its hard to actually talk about specific dishes because they make every kind of food from all areas of China. The meat is the same as the best steak houses and the fish is always fresh. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal or bad experience here.“

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Angela at Dortoni Bakery for our wedding cake, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Angela was attentive, kind, easygoing, and just so easy to connect with. From the very first meeting, she made the process feel fun and effortless — exactly what we needed in the middle of wedding planning.

Having grown up enjoying Italian pastries from Dortoni my whole life, getting our wedding cake from them was incredibly special to me — and Angela made it even more meaningful. We brought in a few inspiration photos and flavor ideas, and she took it from there — creating a massive, beautiful, custom cake that completely blew us (and our guests) away. She perfectly incorporated succulent accents and gave us the best of both worlds with cannoli cream and lemon custard fillings — a flavor combo that turned out to be a huge hit.
