“Sometimes you just want something familiar. Not a huge fan of chain delis but glad I stopped at this Glenmont location. It was lunch time, with about 8 people in front of me and the 2 ladies running the show, sure did! I was next within minutes. Keep up the great work.“

“My new goto for Pizza. Best Pizza in the Area. I had no idea Deli and Brew's Pizza was so Good! Great crispy Crust with Sweet authentic sauce and fresh ingredients. Basic cheese pizza is great and their specialty pizzas are just as good. Definitely a must try. 👍🍕“

“Many of the staff from the Pawling Ave store moved to this location. It is not the closest store to me...but I will follow the staff from Pawling! They are so amazing! They know I get extra lettuce for my dog to share. The last 2 times I was in the store...they gave me a little container just for her! Amazing staff!!!

I booked a lunch very last minute (same day as the order) Not only did they make a great meal for the office but they delivered it for me when I got stuck in a procedure in a different town. “I will stop in occasionally at this store and some other subways. As well as a couple other sub sandwich stores. I get a veggie and cheese. It is ok. Comparing the same sub at the 2 other sub places i go to. I have to say, subway comes in third. This is my opinion and I do not get any other kind. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If the others looked like what you see in advertising, I am sure they are very good . Subway is ok for a quick stop sandwich when needed.“

“Sorry I didn't get the guys names working on 9/22/25 but they were awesome. Took care of a line of customers in no time and were kind to some older gentlemen who couldn't read the menu too well. This was all before I had the pleasure of having the best sub I've had from this location in years. “Di’Bella’s is an institution in Albany - and for good reason. Di’Bella’s began in Rochester in 1918. Their bread is baked in house, their ingredients are fresh, and their meat is of a higher quality. The atmosphere is dripping in their storied history and dining in feels like dining in a working museum. The downfall of Di’Bellas is the price point for their +7 inch subs and their artificially retro vibe.

The only meal deal they had at the time of my visit was a mini meal with a 5 inch sub, 20oz drink, and chips, cookie or pickle for $9.99. For the price point, it’s a valid deal. If you want any sub bigger than that, however, it’s somewhat costly. I ordered conservatively and had the 7 inch Di’Bella Cheesesteak with a large drink and a pickle. Cheesesteak: $9.79, drink $2.99 and a pickle is $1.49. All together my meal cost about $14.27. For a more casual, laid back restaurant without wait staff, $14.27 seemed excessive. I recognize they use fresher ingredients and bake their bread in-house but there are certainly cheaper options in Albany with similar qualities.

The other compliant I have is the interior of the restaurant which was the artificial retro vibe of the tables and benches. The tables and benches need a serious upgrade. It took away from the down-home vibe they were hoping to achieve with Di’Bella’s story written on the walls. With the aggressive 2010s harsh coloring, bright lighting, and artificial retro tables and benches it seems as though the restaurant can’t decide which era or genre it is hoping to emulate.

Having said all of that, Di’Bella’s flavor is worth the visit alone. They take care of every quality of the sandwich and it shows. If you like high quality subs and exploring time honored restaurants, this restaurant is for you.“

“BEST SUBWAY IN THE U.S.'ve never met a subway owner who cares so much about their business. Everything is so clean. The food is always timely and exactly as you want it. The staff, especially the owner, are very, very kind. I've never had anything but amazing interactions with this subway.“

“I was at this restaurant on July 4th 2025 during the Pure Worship convention of Jehovah’s Witness’s at the nearby MVP arena at noon this day. I do not know her name she was a middle aged woman with brown hair up in a pony, who is the fastest restaurant server and food prep person I have ever witnessed. She made sandwiches at the speed of light all by herself was attentive and polite patient and kind. She did not get flustered whatsoever even though the line was endless. This woman deserves a raise for what she did all by herself on a national holiday and a convention that breaks for lunch. I am very appreciative of her and it was a privilege to observe her in action this day.—Thank You“

“I gave this place three stars because I normally don't go into the convenience store but I frequently visit the liquor store which is located next door there's an older gentleman that has been working at the store for years and years and years he is very nice he greets me every time I go in there we have good conversation he is very pleasant when I don't see him I get worried about him but other than that the liquor store friendly atmosphere but the convenience store depending on who's behind the counter that's up for grass because I have dealt with an unprofessional employee at the convenience store so I choose not to go to the convenience store anymore“

We were waited on right away. As i was waiting i looked around the store and was very impressed. The tables were all clean including the floors and i also noticed the glass case was spottless. People always complain but noone takes the time when its good. These 2 ladies did a great job. Clean store was impressive. Great job.“

“The 2 young ladies working at this location on 7/20 deserve to be recognized and commended for their courtesy and service. I'm a recently displaced vet and completely unfamiliar with this area. So that is to say, their friendly attitudes and courtesy were exemplary - in a time where that's rare in most American retail operations anymore - and made the experience even more pleasant than the food. Which was also a nice surprise, and well prepared. I can recommend this place as long as these two are running it.“

“Two thumbs up. I was in a hurry and stopped in while running errands on my lunch break. I got back to work, opened up my sub, and was horrified to find mayonnaise on it, when I did not order mayonnaise (and to say I do not like mayonnaise is an understatement).But.....I called up the shop, and they delivered a corrected (and very tasty) sub to my workplace. “I absolutely adore everyone who works there. I work in the mall and I can honestly say that if anyone says they're rude... they're lying. If anyone said they're slow...they were probably busy. And if anyone said they messed up their order...the customer probably wasn't specific enough. The menu is straight forward enough for the average person.“

“The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized. You never have to worry about them falling apart. All the wmployees are hard workers. They keep the place clean, assemble great sandwiches, and keep fantastic conversation, which allows for a friendly environment. I can't say enough about the quality of this subway!“

“I went In John my subway artist was fast and patient it looked like he was training everywhere is short staffed as they were training a new employee he managed to make my meal and it’s good to see a family oriented place we all need some patience when ordering food most places are short staffed and we just need to have some more patience these guys work hard they feed us when everything else is closed thanks guys .“

BEST SUBWAY EVER! I order delivery so i don’t know who makes my order, but they always draw cute smiley faces and stars etc. They are the GOAT. Give them a raise before I come offer them a job.
