“Absolutely delicious. We had heard of harolds and being true foodies and great cooks we traveled an hour for dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything we had from soup to fresh salad, delicious bread and scampi that was perfection. Melt in your mouth filet cooked to perfection. Lobster to die for. Omg and ? dessert.. . .we all shared, we were soooo full!! Do not miss this gem of a restaurant.”

“The best hot dogs around, has a great selection. I recommend trying the dry aged, it's like eating a great steak but a hot dog. his meat sauce and onion sauce is second to none. great guy”

“I'm visiting from SC and went to eat with Mom and Dad the other evening. I was very impressed by the multiple options on the menu. Food arrived pretty quick and wow the plates were HUGE! All 3 of us had leftovers and we ate the next day for lunch! I was also pleasantly surprised by the amount of food we got for the price. Very reasonable. Would highly recommend.”

“When I think of a cozy old diner nestled in the mountains, the Palace is it! The food is as excellent as the vibes.

My friend loves the burgers. For me it’s the breakfast. I come up from Long Island to visit at least once a year and the Palace is always high on the priority list.”

“I asked for recommendations for a good bakery in gloversville ...i wanted mom's baked good and thats what I got!!! I wanted quality ingedients made with love and the want for repeat customers not the "chain" store taste ive come to hate. I actually love to bake & spent lots time in the kitchen learning from my mom but also am lazy these day so this bakery did my work for me. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR BAKED GOOD....OUTSTANDING!!!! And the yound lady whom waited on me I'm assuming was an owner / family...very courteous and patient as I have health issues which brought me to the area...she took her time,made me feel like family ....it was old school service at its best that you don't see anymore,she didn't act like it was a chore to do here job anotherwards ....i have an 85 yr old dad that lives with me since mom passed ...he doesn't ask for much but enjoys a canoli once in a while ...well they delivered& then some...he loved it. went in their store for those and came out with 3 boxes of goods and a bag and so far nothing has disappointed...in fact it has far exceeded our expectations. ! thank you for your amazing bakery & service. we will be back!!!! “used to come with my Parents...Christmas parties other events...way back when the old building was here....then introduced my wife to the place around 1999 and we still have a good time....friendly atmosphere .....good people....”

“Wow! What great food and service this place had. Came here with two friends our waitress was very attentive and welcoming. She made this experience 10 times better. The menu had a lot to choose from and all seemed great. We ordered burgers and hotdogs and they were out of this world. This little spot is definitely worth going too. Will be back soon!”

“Unique soul food, to my knowledge the only place to get ox tails in Fulton or Montgomery counties. We had fried chicken and haddock and ox tails and Mac and cheese, rice and collard greens, all were well prepared and delicious. Stop in, you won't be disappointed and the prices are very reasonable”

“I love the location and it was very neat inside. There's not much space for parking or for the drive through on a busy day but luckily the customer service was quick and cordial.

Parking: There's only 5 spots with extra for the handicapped.”
