“I enjoy this Dunkin Donuts. Every time im here inside or out, the service is always friendly and efficient. Big lines short waits, filled flavorful cups of Joe and breakfast food that keeps me favoring this coffee place on the island.
Some adjustments would be beneficial. 1) the bits are bigger and less expensive than Tim Hortins; just not as fresh.
2) if i get a flavored coffee, id like to taste a good mix.
Aside from this; i give the Grand Island Dunkin Donuts a 5 rating. Im never disappointed.
I am a fan and a customer as long as im a resident here. I also recommend them over other places.”

“This place is really good! I only wish I would of tried it sooner. Super nice staff as well. Loving the pizza and the subs. New go to spot on the Island. I definitely recommend the specialty pizzas for sure, you can't beat the price either. I had the Big Mac pizza recently and was so good. So go, go right now and get us some deliciousness.”

“Finally went during late dinner hour Sunday night - 3 cars ahead, 2 behind. Placed my order for my nieces, my sister-in-law, and forgot mine. So I was worried about ordering mine at the window at such a busy, but the girl at the drive-thru was friendly, hilarious, and reassuring. They assembled everything quickly, it was hot, complete, and I was on my way.I usually stop by at off peak times so it's always fast and decent - today was exceptionally fast.I tried to call, but it was the fax line - the only listed online number, so I took my compliment here.Keep up the good work - Tks all!”

“We stopped in on a Tuesday because we were shopping in the area and are so glad we did! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was nice (maybe the music could be lowered), and the food was amazing! I had the duck two ways and it was gorgeous and perfectly cooked. He had the enormous pork chop, also cooked perfectly and juicy. Great cocktails and apps as well. Highly recommend.”

Server is knowledgeable, helpful, & gracious/polite. I really like this place (franchise?); there are a few locations in the WNY area.”

“I tried the rose velvet latte for the first time about a week ago and I haven't been able to get my mind since! It is so good- smooth, and not overpowering. This is definitely the best coffee shop in Buffalo, and it has such a calming atmosphere. I love it here!”

“We met the guy Greg at another restaurant told me Unc about the cooking spot finally visited today. We purchased the Haddock and Red velvet waffle. Place is cleaned and respectfully served. They even threw the Ted hot sauce, water, and other things to go. The time frame is good safe hours open and close. We will be back to show more support and will tell others.”
