“Don’t be deceived by the outside of this place. We stopped in yesterday for their .50 wings, but were admittedly cautious upon entering. The old adage “don’t judge a book by its cover” proved to be relevant as we walked inside to a well-organized, pristine, vibrantly painted establishment full of customers of all ages. The staff was friendly and welcoming, particularly our bartender. We sat at the bar and ordered hot wings and a small fish fry. I’m almost hesitant to rave about the fish fry because we all know how difficult it is to get into a place that serves a good fish fry this time of year. However, I simply must. What was a small fish fry was easily a large fish fry — a generous portion of haddock and fries with slaw and choice of mac salad, tuna mac, or potato salad. The real highlight however was how crispy the batter was on the fish. It was without a doubt the crispiest fish fry I’ve ever had. The wings were jumbo and could have been…wait for it…crispier, but for .50 a wing, that’s not worth complaining about. Overall, an excellent first-time experience and we’re looking forward to the next one soon.“

“We were in town while on the road and the Wagon Wheel was a shining star that pulled us in.
Loved the atmosphere and the food. Best wings I've had in years. I'll be daydreaming about them from my bleary-eyed mornings to my post-work shower beer. I hope to return and over indulge as soon as possible.“

“We were in town for the weekend and I always hear good rings about Kelly's Korner BOW and wings. My party of 7 showed up and we found a table to sit at. Our waiter appeared and since we were first-timers informed us that there was no menu and everything was written on the wall in the other room. No problem there, we sent the youngest of our group to snap a few pictures and bring it back for us. We decided on 50 wings(bbq, garlic parmesan and medium) along with fries for the table. An order of chicken tenders was placed along with 2 beef on weck. The wings were really good. Nice crisp to then and not overly saucy. The BOW was huge and delicious. One of the best I've had in some time. Also the tenders were spot on. Needless to say nobody left hungry. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in town“

“Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

“Got stranded at Christmas 2022. This hotel staff is absolutely amazing!! Very accommodating, super helpful. Other hotels are running out of food and these guys are making breakfast and a dinner for everyone. It’s truly an amazing crew. They are stranded with us and dealing with all the stress yet have a smile on their face!! A can not recommend this place enough, just because of the staff. “I went to raintree yesterday for the first time and I will definitely be back to try the food! I just went for a few drinks with a friend and I have to say the bartender was so friendly and welcoming. We chatted for a bit and had a few laughs. The people that sat next to us ended up being very sociable and had some great conversations. Its nice to know you can walk into a place and be treated like you been a regular. “Come to Niagara 5/6 times a year from Hamilton just to have a getaway with my wife for the weekend. I always eat at the usual spots on Clifton/ferry. We decided to try a small non chain spot today instead and we were highly recommended to this place. Sure glad we went. Huge wings, perfectly cooked with awesome sauce and 90 cents each. Amazing poutine (massive portion) and pitchers for only $14. 20 wings, poutine, a pitcher, kids chicken fingers, a pint, a milk for my boy, and a double rye all for under $70, and everything including the service was spot on. I’ll be back to eat every time I come to Niagara. Total hidden gem!“

“had a chance to stop in at Lumbejacks patio grill. menu is your usual grill menu - burgers, sandwiches, fish, salads, hot dogs, fries, ice cream. all very good. you order at counter and they will bring you your food. we waited for our order a bit longer than expected. but that was because the place was hoppin'. what impressed me though was the young kitchen cooks and counter staff and how they worked their butts off. the crew was movin' and groovin'. i appreciated their hustle.“

“Our family had Easter Brunch at Jack Rabbit and we were all very impressed, the service was excellent! Everything was served in a timely manner (even with it being very busy) our food was hot and delicious! We all had different entrees from Eggs Benedict, Steak & Eggs, Turkey Benedict, Pancakes and we all agreed that the Breakfast Pizza was the BEST we have ever had oh and don’t forget the Tater Tots! “lol this place isn’t “allen st bar & grill” or whatever, it’s The Pink. and i’ve heard their food is great (never eaten there because i’m a vegetarian). but one time when i was there i asked if there was any vegetarian food & the bartender served me some pickles, which was great. and drinks are cheap. great place to end a fun buffalo night. also if you’re a femme, you’ll make temporary best friends in the women’s bathroom every time. can you even say you’re a buffalonian if you haven’t been to The Pink? no. the answer is no.“

“I moved to niagara Falls in 2007 and this became my watering hole. I learned that the owner was from my country of birth and his son and I became really good friends. We became inseparable for a few years and I would come to his bar VERY frequently ( had a little bit of an alcohol problem back then lol). Long story short, we had a falling out ( over something really stupid, as is usually the case) and I ended up moving away. I recently googled his name and found out he had passed away last year. He was only 41 or 42 years old. I'm completely shocked and heartbroken, haven't been able to get it out of my mind for the last 2 weeks. One of the most wonderful people I've ever met.
