“Was driving back from New Jersey a couple weeks ago and there had been some accidents and a ton of traffic so we decided to take a unplanned detour and stopped in Great Neck. Happily we found a Great Mediterranean Seafood Restaurant/Bar AND saved on drive time! 😜 The server greeted us with a basket of Warm Grilled Pita & Humus, on the house. Pictured we have the Grilled Anchovy & Chilled Roasted Beet Salad with Scallion & Raddish, Tuna Tar Tar with Guacamole, Seaweed Salad & Raddish Apps The Fish 🐟🐡🐙🦀🦞🦐🦑🐚 was Super Fresh & Plentiful and Plenty to choose from! I even saw the Host presenting a table 2 Whole Fish to inspect, compare and choose from 👌👌👏👏 FRESH! An Incredibly lite white airy Chilean #Seabass and Broccoli with garlic, olive oil, sundried tomatoes and chickpeas, was, for me, perhaps the star of the whole show. “Stumbled into this spot by chance, and they served me some of the best seafood pho my spirit has ever met. The flavors felt like a warm drumbeat in the chest. The artwork on the walls carried echoes of African pieces, giving the space a familiar soul. “I've been a lot since I've lived here in the past 4 years. I've tried at least half of their menu. It's pretty good honestly. It's a little pricier than other spots in comparison, but so far I've had no complaints with the quality. Also service has been nice and straight forward too. My biggest issue is their hours. They don't always seem to open on time (10am) like they say they will. Their start time seems to be too late already with Planet Fitness right next door. I can't be the only morning workout person who would want a smoothie at least by 8:30-9am. It seems counterintuitive to business. Anyway, that's just a side thought on the way to the point that they are worth going to.”

“Me and Bae had some errands to run in the bronx and decided to get some food. He's been years back but it was my first time trying them. As soon as we walked in there was a line that was wrapped around the whole place. It's a Lil confusing but we found the back of the line and slowly but surely made our way to the front. We ordered two beef and chicken patties, two coco bread, one meatloaf(beef filled coco bread) and two carrot juice and a ting soda. They get u up outta there fast tho and it's only cash. When we were leaving the line was forming outside the store so just be patient. We couldn't wait to get to the car and tear into everything. The first one I grabbed was the beef and while it was good it wasn't as seasoned as I thought it would be. But the chicken I really enjoyed and it was a Lil spicy. I ate that with the coco bread. Bae put his whole beef patty in his coco bread and devoured it lol but even he admits the beef was better back in the day. All in all I Def will be back for that chicken patty and soft delicious coco bread. Oh and that carrot juice was delicious as well Def recommend grabbing one!”

I've never in my life tasted such amazing food like this and to be honest I'm very critical and hard to please when it comes to food so like always I was waiting to either be let down or not that impressed but I was shocked I live in the City and I order from these guys 2 sometimes 3 times a week. “I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.”

“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. I had a wonderful time! Thank you Yiselle, Estrellita and shorty!!!”
