“I was told there would be a 30 minute wait but it was shorter. The food came out quick and hot. My server Anthony was the best! He was so busy but made sure to always check in on us. He was polite, energetic and talked positively about the food and Outback! He made the experience fun.“

“Food was good, drinks were NOT it. However service could have been better. Our sever was pretty rude and made an error with my husbands order then had the audacity to role her eyes once we corrected her. We weren’t rude at all about it. It’s totally ok things happen. But don’t roll your eyes. You work in the service / restaurant industry. Then to top it off they automatically charge 18% tip to your bill. Again totally fine, but I think that’s why we were given poor service as they know they will make their money regardless.This place leaves much to be desired.“

“It was not like I remembered. Food is mediocre at best. Ceasar salad was just a cold salad, no pop. Porterhouse steak over priced and very underwhelming. Brussel sprouts were the best part of the meal. Benjamin steakhouse would probably be a better bang for my buck.Parking: Cross County Mall. Plenty of parking.“
“Primehouse is a very solid steakhouse. It has a wide array of offerings, a good set of meal combos, and very good appetizers. They also serve sushi which I did not have this time but I want to return to sample. The price is typical for what you'd pay at a steakhouse, but the atmosphere is really really good.“
“One of my 3 favorite steak houses here in Long Island. Cycled 55 miles near Kings Point and came here with a group of 7. Waited about 10 minutes for a large table.Corked open a bottle of Lugers private label Cabernet Sauvignon at the bar. This wine is smooth & full bodied. 2015 was a great vintage year. We concurred and requested a 2nd bottle. Need to bring home a case ??My buddy Sam said the cheese burger was the finest he ever had. The steak was tender with a nice hint of pink. Lobsters were succulent & grilled to perfection. Even the rolls were pretty spectacular.Was able to valet our bikes. Definitely return soon just to grab a burger & glass of wine at the bar.
