“I must say, this was one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever tasted. The owner has a great sense of humor and is a genuinely nice person. The menu is limited, as expected from a food truck, but the prices are reasonable, especially considering he's the only option around. I would definitely eat there again if I'm ever in the area. The fact that he even has his own ATM is incredibly convenient.“

“We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and we were one of two customers in the restaurant. We waited at least 45 minutes for our meal. We didn’t complain because we were having a nice leisurely day apple picking. The food finally arrived my beans were watery as if they were cooked in water with no seasoning. OK I let it go because if the beans were the only thing wrong with the meal that’s not bad right. My husband got to the second half of his brisket sandwich and the brisket was petrified (Not my word I got it from another reviewer were but it fits perfectly). At this point we obviously mentioned some thing to our waitress. She agreed that the meat was not OK and said she would contact her manager who is not on location. She then came back and said the owner Laura who is the manager too who she called said she would give us 10% off. My husband was blown away by this response. He said it was a smack in the face which I completely agree. I then proceeded to add on all the rest of the issues we had that we did not say a word about at first. After the real issue that we wanted resolution from this is how they handled it? Are you kidding? Wait get ready for the best part. The bill came and they took 10% off of my husband‘s meal we got $1.60 off!!! Can you actually believe it? This restaurant is managed poorly and should go out of business. We spent $150 on a terrible lunch.“

“OMG! This restaurant was awesome. It was right next to the Fairfield inn. We could walk to the place. What’s great surprise when we discovered it was a bbq place! Boom our heads exploded with the great smoky flavors flowing out from the kitchen. We were seated by a lovely lady who was very attentive and exited that we came in. The waitress was also great and was vey excited to tell us what her absolute favorites were so we jumped at the items she talked about. I got the burnt pork butt and brisket ends with Mack and cheese and coleslaw, my wife got a great chicken dinner. Along with a few beer options. Delicious just doesn’t cover how good the meal was!! The best part of all the price! Read the menu so you can see what it cost. You will be amazed. If you are in Mahwah area you got to check this place out!!“

“Love Rhode's, always sit at the Bar, the Bartenders are great, always smiling and they hustle to provide drinks for the entire place and with the Bar & rest of the seating on the 1st floor and seating outside those Bartenders/Ladies never let ur Beer 🍺 run out, yes the have alot of Beer to choose from..... Food is always great. Go on the website, when they have a live band at night it's really a great night..... So if were riding or out with the GF in the Truck, Rhode's gets my vote.... 👍 💜“
