The beef ribs and lamb shank were exceptional—so tender and juicy! However, our experience started confusingly. The ordering process was disorganized and there was no one to welcome or guide incoming customers.Despite Meet Moot's potential for an excellent dining experience, it was marred by inconsistent service. For a premium price, I expect a higher standard of dining.“

They had a gender neutral bathroom which was clean. The service was great with friendly staff. “This place was so great. We went for the brunch. We had Francis as our server. He was awesome. Actually the hospitality was S-Tier (think one-punch man anime). The food was fantastic. The burnt ends (starter) just melt in ur mouth. Chris, one of the owners came by and just added to the level of the hospitality. We were well cared for. We had a round of the boots and bones peanut butter whiskey shots. Wow...that was really nice. “Ordered dinner for 5:15pm on the Slice app for pickup in the morning. Received email confirmation that my order was in. Received email progress on my order. I went there a little before the pickup time and went into the parking lot to the side of the restaurant and into the back. I received a text message saying that my order was ready. Since there is no dining in option, there was plenty of parking. I went inside and my order was waiting for me. Everything was packaged nicely. I ordered the fried chicken, chicken wings and fried calamari. My family enjoyed the food but believed that Korean fried chicken was still the best fried chicken they ever had. I liked the fried chicken mainly because the fried batter was not heavy like those chain places. The calamari came with marinara sauce for dipping and the chicken wings had a choice of sauce when placing your order. The pictures shown are after some of the food was eaten. When we walked in I thought you had to wait to be seated but you can sit where you want. You can get a menu at your table but you order at food at the bar. Also, since I ordered soda you get that yourself at the fountain or a can/bottle in the fridge. You can also pay before you eat or after your done.All the staff were helpful when explaining who the place works. Date had a half size ribs with a baked potato and she really liked it.
