“If you want to have a great burger and fries, this is the place to do it! Great food and for as busy as this place can get, the service is pretty fast. Great quality fries and they always give extra. It is a bit expensive but as far as fast food goes; this is a step or two above the rest IMO.“

“We visited while waiting prior to boarding a flight. I had a chicken sandwich, fries and drink. It was ok . I have to ask; what is the big deal??? It is ok. Nothing outstanding. I guess I am missing something!!! We have visited once before. And I felt the same way.“

“Tasty. I've been to Pepper Jack's several times and the food has never disappointed. The Smokin Turkey Club on rye is a must-try. I had the buffalo chicken wrap and a basket of Cajun fries last night. A good meeting place for dinner prior to a meeting or movie, as they serve it up hot and quick. It might be worth taking a picture of their menu board and checking off each one as you try them all. That's an easy way to figure out what to choose from their tasty menu. Recommended by me and my friends.“

“I’d give this 5 stars all around if the music wasn’t SO LOUD that I had to ask the server to repeat his questions re my order several times! It’s also 98° outside right now and I’m eating outside because it’s SO UNPLEASANT with the acid rock playing at top level inside. Very disappointing. Good thing I’m not a regular at this location.“

“Only thing i would say is your better off not getting a meal cause it was basicly 7 bux for a burger or 12.37 for a meal and all you get with burger is a drink and a few fries for another 6 bux other than that good food and friendly service“

“I like their online ordering. It's better than Wendy's because at least you get assistance here and they know what they're doing. The folks at Wendy's they are disconnected from their online app. You have a problem with them and they just shrug. That doesn't happen here“

“Got me one of th best beef empanadas I had in a long time. Got some yellow rice and beans too. Needed more beens and some juice but over all pretty damn good. I forgot to ask for the juice so that's ok me. I'll hopefully get a few more empanadas before I leave Schenectady. Cool old man too.“

“Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a fast food joint, but tonight had to be the most pleasurable experience. Keven the guy in the window was an absolute gem. His attitude was amazing which is not usually the case in many drive thrus.

I wasn’t credited a 20% online discount offer. When I got an email asking to review the experience, I mentioned it. A representative called a few days later and asked what the online order number was and what discount offer it was. 5 minutes later, I received an email confirming that the bill was adjusted. “Being soy free, due to an allergy, it's hard to find options when dining out. Jimmy John's has several options I can eat (the unwich is awesome) and they are super fast when you need dinner in a hurry!“
