I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. “Updating review, for now I'll just say I spent over an hour now. I went through it twice for the Popeyes Rewards. The first time it crashed right at the end without giving me a Validation Code, understandable. Went through it all again, more quickly, with out all the answering the questions and reviews. At the end it asks if you would like to post your review on Google. The first time is when it crashed. Got back to it again, said yes. It seemed to have posted but received no Validation Code. At this point I'm a little frustrated, being about an hour now. Called the Popeyes store I was just at, 2: 45pm. Spoke with said manager, might not been him that served me. I explained the situation, all I was told is to download the app. Unfortunately I was not able to understand what he was saying nor was he able to understand me, is suspect. I have to go back through there tomorrow and I'll see how it goes. Trying the support page is a waste of time, even supposedly found a corporate support line, JOKE, just sends you back to the same crap. Unreal, no support no nothing all over a couple pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Figured I would see how far I could get. Just do what you say you will do. I wanted to let you all know what I went through. If anyone has had a problem with this same issue, please respond, curious. I dont think I did anything wrong filling out the questioner. Thanks

“I came in tonight (March 1) and the team working was amazing. Everyone was very friendly, polite, and genuinely caring. They made sure my food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. I originally only planned on getting a burger, but their great attitude convinced me to add fries and a drink too.

This is honestly one of the few places I’ve been where the customer service really stands out. The burgers taste like they’re made with real cheese and quality ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.“

“The cleanest fast food place there is. Floors, tables, garbage areas, inside and out was clean. Amen. The staff there was excellent on my visit today for lunch, #2, Double whopper meal. “It was okay. I ordered something without a condiment on it and they still put it on. Then a guy came in looking for bottles in the trash and asked everybody in the place for money. He took a cup that was on the counter meant for another customer and got himself a drink“

The sub I received was also very good. I can tell that prep is being done regularly, and that everything is fresh. Tots are always a great add on, and is one of the reasons I prefer Mr.Subb over subway or other restaurant shops. Soda was good, and the machine looked cleaned. The only issue I had during this visit was the cleanliness of the ceilings, specifically over the food area. Guys this needs to be fixed asap you have dust and debris hanging from the vents and panels. A food safety inspection would mark this as a critical. It would only take 30 mins to correct this. “I will stop in occasionally at this store and some other subways. As well as a couple other sub sandwich stores. I get a veggie and cheese. It is ok. Comparing the same sub at the 2 other sub places i go to. I have to say, subway comes in third. This is my opinion and I do not get any other kind. That is why I gave it 4 stars. If the others looked like what you see in advertising, I am sure they are very good . Subway is ok for a quick stop sandwich when needed.“

“I could not find an owners name or contact information for this particular Subway, however I must say that the young women who work and run that small subway need to be protected at all costs. They are the sweetest, most kind young women I’ve encountered in this tough job in a very long time. When I had my bistro I prayed for these young people. To the owner, give these four young women a raise, do not lose them and treat them right. They keep your place clean, the service is exceptional and they have true customer service. I’ve even witnessed their empathy and humanity toward a limited member of our community, they show him kindness and respect, they give him a place to rest and be treated humanely and with friendship. I’m not a huge fan of faster type foods, but I will always patronize this shop and primarily for the young women who run the shop.“
