“Absolutely wonderful and amazingly charming historic hotel in the middle of Bouckville, NY. The staff was completely on point in making our stay memorable. This hotel eschews the beige corporate doldrums of chain hotels and celebrates it's history with you. All of the staff were just great and dinner was delicious. You must try the clams casino! (Thanks to our waiter for the professional and friendly service at dinner!) If you're looking for quaint, charming, quiet, relaxing and upscale - look no further!!! “First time at Lewis’ last night. The food was absolutely amazing. I loved the span between courses, never felt rush. Very comfortable little corner we sat in. As for our server Kiana, we understand she is new at serving, she did a great job. She was kind and professional. She took the time to speak clear and slowly for me husband, who happens to be hard of hearing. We will return again soon, and we will also insist on Kiana to be our server.
