“Walked in on a Sunday at about 2pm. The room has great chandeliers! (They are hidden among some clutter, but the room is welcoming) We did not have a reservation, but their website said the wait for a table at this time of year wouldn't be long, and it wasn't. Each staff member was friendly, with special notice to the bartender ( I can't remember her name but she is AMAZING!) She made delicious cocktails that were so tasty. We were seated quickly as we were on the late side for lunch. The brunch menu is lovely. There are vegetarian options, I had the pork trio benedict. It was delicious. The base was a corn fritter that tasted as though the corn had been picked that morning. There was a chorizo sausage patty that had just the right kick. There was spinach, a beautifully poached egg, and a paprika sauce. I know I'm missing other porks I love the beach in winter and this restaurant completed a beautiful day.“
“My favorite Restaurant in the North Fork. Simple menu but you either need to come back 20 times and order something different each time or if you’re just visiting order the entire menu. You won’t be disappointed by a single item. Quick and consistent service. I’m shocked the food network hasn’t showed up here yet.“
“We truly enjoyed our night at Fauna. The carpaccio was fantastic along with the duck and almond crusted flounder. Our server, Angela, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The host and bus staff were top notch. We will certainly be back.“
“My total experience the other night was excellent. The service was efficient, professional, informative, and friendly. The quality of the meal was first rate with large portions. I felt the price was really fair. The menu had something for everyone. The atmosphere was contemporary with a really nice room for large parties and regular dinners. I will be going back.“
“Checked out this restaurant for a Valentines dinner , and it was exceptional. We kind of ordered way too much so that we could try a little bit of everything , and it was alllll so delicious. The staff was very warm and attentive , and gave you a feel that you were "at home". The new decor and ambiance was very peaceful and relaxing. “What a 180 this place did. If you ever had a bad experience I urge you to try them again. We had a burger. chicken bowl, and fried chicken. Our server was personable, manager was energetic and food was delicious. My only complaint would be I could have housed the larger order of chicken but it’s take out only. We will be back.maybe if we are lucky they can carry this level of service over to the main restaurant and open up Union steak again.“
“the food was delicious! Oysters were very fresh and full of flavor. Brussel sprouts were perfectly roasted. We had three different pastas all were masterfully prepared. Not too heavy and full of flavor. Our waiter was lovely and offered great suggestions. It's a little pricey though even for the Hamptons but I would still return and highly recommend“
“I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt because it is good and we just need some quality places to stick around in Southampton village. It's a cute restaurant. I appreciate their decor. Adorable little swing outside and the interior is very warm and inviting. The food was actually excellent- the gnocchi was fantastic, oysters were fresh. French onion soup was actually sublime - I'd recommend it highly. Only big issue we faced was: we had vegetarians at the table and ordered very specific vegetarian food items but these items came with meat and were then consumed by the veg folks. It feels like there might be an attention to detail issue considering they are new... maybe if you have a life threatening allergy, avoid this and go to a tried and true spot.“
“We went tonight prior to a show at WHBPAC, and it was outstanding. We both had the Red White and Blue Tacos, and they were excellent, and loaded with shrimp. Others had a shrimp burrito and taco salad that were the same. Good value for the quality of food and service that you get too. Looking forward to returning.“
“Amazing ambiance and the food is also great. Service cannot be beat! You must try this place when in Hampton Bays (which is quickly becoming a culinary destination). You must also take a quick tour of the grounds when visiting. Beautiful! Nothing bad to say about this place!“
