“Benkert’s is our go-to for everything bakery related. We’ve never had anything we didn’t love from them. We got our wedding cake from them and it’s truly the most beautiful cake I’ve ever seen, and I’m still getting compliments on how it looked and tasted weeks later. When we were ordering they were very flexible with flavors and gave us plenty of options, they didn’t say no to anything we wanted, everything was possible. “Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! We requested a chocolate sponge cake with alternating layers of chocolate and strawberry mousse filling. It was delicious and beautifully presented. We saved some cake for a few days after our wedding to have with family and it was still just as good as the night of! The Rolling Pin was a very easy vendor to book as they made the process of deciding on our cake and ordering our cake very smooth. When we picked up our samples, I also grabbed a blueberry scone for the drive home and it was so good. If they weren't so far from where we live, I'd be going to the bakery regularly for my sweets!“

“Great little Greek grocery store and bakery. I go especially for their fresh goods - baklava, spanakopita, tiropita, galaktoboureko, kourabiedes, koulourakia, melomakarona, etc. Everything is so fresh and so delicious. They have a small hot case with the spanakopita and tiropita, so you can get a piece ready to eat. The people there are so nice as well. Good variety of cheeses and frozen goods too. One star removed for convenience of store hours. They are only open during the day, Monday to Friday. I wish they would consider opening on Saturday, if even for a few hours, or staying open past 4pm a few times a week.“

“I used Fritzsche's as the baker for my wedding cake and they were fantastic to work with! The cake was so delicious and gorgeously decorated. It had 3 tiers; 2 vanilla cake tiers with strawberry mousse and 1 chocolate cake tier with chocolate mousse, with a buttercream frosting on the outside of it. Seemed more like the consistency of a roll on the inside. This is the second place I tried in this area and same thing. The linzer tart was acceptable. Not a stiff enough or dense enough cookie in my opinion. Other than that, great!“

My two favorites are the pistachio and rainbow cookie gelato ?.. they also have a nice selection of pastries / cakes. If you have a sweet tooth the cannoli creme filled lobster tails were amazing as was the rainbow cookie cheese cake! “This is a very well-priced, very high quality, and very upstanding bakery. We bulk ordered hundreds of lbs of cookies for business gifts.
They have small bakery taste, quality, and service at commercial quantities.

The shipment packaging was very rigid and nothing came broken which was amazing (they shipped to CO). Even more amazing were the cookies. It wasn't just "different shapes and colors with massive amounts of sugar" like most commercial bakeries.
Every cookie had its own unique flavor and texture!

The packaging trays are also cardboard, with minimal plastic covering. Eco-friendly is a huge bonus!

We looked a very long time for a good bakery that was ethical AND put out a good product. Cookies United promotes employees mostly from within and their 'about us' video immediately sold me on purchasing from here.

I said no my grandma had just passed away and family was in from out of state/country so i offered to bring pretzels. I said we would have celebrated her 91st birthday today and she said you know everyone on their birthday gets a free pretzel.
