The staff is friendly and the vibe is nice inside and clean. They have two pages of signature rolls. We got the bridge roll, crazy salmon roll and orange sunset roll. So good“

“Kotobuki in Babylon Village is one of the better sushi restaurants in the area. The complimentary appetizer noodles are delicious. The food, including the expertly prepared sushi, is all excellent. However, the small restaurant fills up quickly, so it's best to arrive early. While parking in the village can be challenging, there is a paid lot in the rear of the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting Kotobuki for an exceptional sushi dining experience.“

“Straight out of Japan. Intimate with simple Japanese decor. Welcoming and proficient as a sushi house must be. We had a Sushi/ Sashimi dinner and a few rolls. Delicious. But no cucumber in the California rolls was disappointing. Rice was delicious too. So important. Reasonably priced. Don’t miss this if you love Japanese cuisine.“

“My wife and I walked in for dinner without a reservation maybe two months ago at around 6:30 on a Saturday. Since the wait was a bit longer than usual we were kindly given a plate of Edamame on the house. That's when we noticed that our server was working the entire dining room by herself after another called in sick last-minute.Being short staffed is a challenge on any night but this was a packed house on Saturday night with a large number of take-out orders flowing and the team stepped up with impressive dexterity. Given the circumstances mistakes can happen but we didn't notice any.Our meals were delicious, creative and beautiful. We've since returned several times for the great food but the real triumph that night was how well everyone in the front house performed.

“We went to dinner for my son's 12th birthday. We had an excellent time. The chef made some special birthday memories for my son. The food was delicious and well priced for what was included. Even my other lucky children and picky husband tried new things and were very happy with their food choices. I will be returning to Izumi in the future.

Dietary restrictions: We had a member of our party with a shellfish allergy. The host asked about allergies right away and made sure that their food was prepared safely in the back. It was brought out at a time that coordinated with everyone else's food.“

“We recently visited the new restaurant MITO with some friends and it was excellent! The decor was beautiful, the music gave it a super chill vibe, and the food and drinks were super yummy ! I had the black sea bass and I could literally eat that every day ! It was to die for. “My husband and I have been eating here pretty much once a week for almost 20 years. We usually get take out and create our own in home date night. By far the freshest and most delicious sushi we’ve ever had. Period. They keep the menu very clean, as opposed to other places we’ve tried where everything is caked in sauce and all just taste the same. You will not be disappointed.
Favorites: Alan roll, Peter roll (as for extra sauce on the side), Cooper roll (not on the menu but was on their old menu. You can still ask for it) and the deep impact.“

“Very delicious Teriyaki. We used to go to a place in Massapequa but moved out here and was very reluctant to try something new. We couldn’t be happier. There are at least three places in the food court that have chicken teriyaki but this one has them beat hands down. The line is always long because clearly they’re the beat but no worries it moves very quickly and the food isn’t a long wait either. I get double chicken teriyaki with noodles vegetables extra sauce and hot sauce. Yum!“

“My husband and I go to Wild Ginger every Friday for lunch . I get the chicken pad thai with extra peanuts and peanut sauce on the side. My husband usually gets the sushi. We enjoy the Thai iced tea and the friendly service. We walk in and everyone welcomes us and knows exactly what we want. Great staff and service. Highly recommend you go!“

“Izumi's Hibachi is so goooood! The Filet Mignon is filled with so much flavor and they cook it well! They made sure our reservation was kept and they sat all of us in a nice section. Our cook was fun and interactive. Their Blood Orange margaritas are so yummy and indubitably-charged!!! I liked my experience a lot. Every hibachi place has their own niche, and for me, this one was their atmosphere, the teriyaki sauce, and the undoubtedly-fresh sushi! ?It doesn't beat my ultimate favorite Hibachi place but it was nice to try something different!“

Despite seeing a bit of mixed reviews I couldn't say I was hesitant since the photos of the food shared look genuinely worth trying and it exceeded expectations in terms of freshness, flavor, and even presentation
Ordered Sesame chicken combination platter and they do not compromise on flavor.

Each part had its defining flavor even the eggroll tasted as if it was fried in a very high quality oil setting it apart from others I've had. The sesame chicken had the best balance of sweet and savory with the pork fried rice being a standout for me.

This isn't your average yellow friend rice from your favorite hole in the wall but a delicious fried rice with some wok char, bright bean sprouts and the tastiest pops of salty pork. The pan fried dumplings had a very authentic flavor with the perfect crisp on the bottom.

What surprised me more was that this restaurant wasn't really busy, only a few people popped in for their take out order. With such a great experience, genuinely tasty flavors, I'm genuinely excited to revisit and try some more!“

“Ordered takeout here for the first time. Was slightly skeptical from seeing the mixed reviews and experiences but nonetheless I decided to give them a try since most of my go to Chinese places are closed on Mondays
Ordered the sesame chicken lunch special, that came with Wonton soup and I also got Dim sum one of my favorite appetizers to get and honestly I was pretty impressed.
The food was still hot and fresh even when it was delivered. Portion sizes were very sizable for the price and the flavors were just where they needed to be! From the savory dim sum, tasty salty pork bits in the fried rice, and a slightly spicy sesame chicken sauce.
Only real let downs was the wonton soup tasted off, like it was made with a Miso base if I had to guess. Some of the onion bits in the fried rice didn't taste as fresh and stood out in a bad way.
If I had to give another rating I would give it a 7 out of 10 for being really solid and surprisingly tasty even with some off bits here and there it wasn't as bad as some other reviews made it out to be.“
