“I loved everything about this coffee shop/roaster. I went twice this week. The first time I had an iced coffee, a light roast brewed coffee and blueberry muffin. Today I had a cinnamon roll latte and a sweet bun. I don't know where the pastries are from but they are so delicious! They are very fresh. The space is very nice as well. There's plenty of seating available and it was very quiet. I'm looking forward to going back and buying their whole bean coffee.“

“Great local coffee spot. Got an iced Valencia bonbon which truly tasted like coffee ice cream. The owner was friendly and welcoming. She will customize your order anyway you like. When we mentioned we were from our of town and had a long drive home she pointed out that there was a restroom if needed. She was very sweet, definitely will stop in again if in the area.“

“Friendly staff, great music, delicious coffee. They’re happy to fill your reusable mug as well, which is always a plus. Coffee is great, but I wouldn’t recommend the matcha, it was overly sweet and not very strong. Nice ambiance especially when the fireplace is going. Good space to work or hang out with friends, but be aware that on the weekends it can get pretty packed with the cyclist crowd - though they’re very friendly, they take up a lot of seating!“

After frequenting many locations across Westchester and NYC, I’ve often encountered counter staff who seem disengaged; here, the Nanuet manager and team consistently deliver courteous, efficient service with a smile.

“New city Starbucks is the most amazing place that I go there. Every day as soon as I open the door and walk in, they greet you, the employees, they greet you, they smile. And it's very welcoming the way that they make every drink is amazing. I just love it.“

“I had a coupon for a small amount of money at Dunkin’ Donuts, and I decided to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts franchise as I was driving to a specific nearby location. The service and the food were great. My food came out pretty quickly. This café was located next to a gas station, but the parking situation was not the easiest when this facility was very busy.“

“I’m glad there’s a Paris Baguette open up in Yorktown. It’s good to see more options. My only pet peeve is that I find there’s a difference between that store and the corporate store in Montvale. I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

The pasta salad isn't that grocery store swill that tastes like a pile of mayo with pasta and celery.... no! This place serves its own comfort food pasta salad. #Legit! Pineapple fried rice = need I say? Not too sweet, but juuuust enough piña to really pop when I mix it with the gravy!“

The coffee is always fresh and their food is always on point. The mobile order is also own point and pretty quick. The staff is always smiling and friendly.
