“A small cafe that serves the newly built water front development. There is only few tables inside, but a nice outdoor seating area. We were pleasantly surprised by stumble upon this place by searching Google. The food was fantastic, we ordered a salmon dish which was cooked to perfection and a nice cheese burger with sweet potato fries. The portions were abundant, tasted delicious and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed it!“

“The cashiers aren't interested in greeting with a warm hello and a smile. They really aren't interested in clearing the lobby as quickly as possible.I felt as though i was interrupting a mass coffee break. I received eye contact from more than one staff member, and as fast as they acknowledged me, i was ignored just as swift.They were one employee who was more than helpful and welcoming. I am disappointed in myself for the fact that i failed to get his name.He was carefully packing the bags for online orders, and he flagged a disconcerting cashier, and i was then able to place my order.He was a well-spoken tall African American gentleman who took pride in his position. “Absolutely LOVE coming here. The coffee is the best in Rockland. They have a huge selection of quality coffee, delicious teas and pastries. The atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy. I come here all the time to read, study, get work done, have a cup of coffee and chat with friends. Ethan, the owner, is the best! Very knowledge and such a kind guy . The coffee is her own brand and Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts has nothing on this place . I would highly recommend coming here and experience the atmosphere of holiness and great conversation ….“

“Coffee and Pastries were a bit on the pricier end but they are totally worth it. Creme Brulee Coffee was amazing, and the service was very good. Staff were polite and friendly, and the ambience was cozy. They also have a separate section with plenty of work stations and charging ports, with free Wi-Fi. “There are few quality coffee houses anymore. I used to frequent Damien & Sinclair in downtown Nyack. It closed too after a good run. I've spoken to the owner who used to visit the defunct wine bar. The cappuccino was legit and the pastries above average. We need more spaces like this in Rockland Co. Thanks Dean's Coffee. One more thing, I hope your hours have expanded since the pandemic. Otherwise, Dean's Coffee is a solid place to sip delicious drinks and relax.“

Decent prices.. iced caramel macchiato with oatmilk taste pretty good , would get again. Second drink very berry smoothie with oatmilk this one was not it for me. Very bland even a touch of honey would've helped. The seeds in my throat were a nuisance. ( mind out the gutter people) Every sip had so many it started irritating my throat. “One of the most successful private label brands in the annals of grocery history, the Eight O'clock Coffee brand was introduced by the Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company in 1859 and was sold there until 2015 when A&P finally went out of business. Interestingly (at least to me) the brand was named based on several 19th century focus groups (or whatever they were called at the time) that said consumers had their first cup of coffee of the day at eight o'clock. Considering life expectancy in 1859 was around 51, this sounds a little late in the day to me or just maybe, the gunslingers and bandoleros of the time were just waking up after a night of rotgut whiskey at the saloon.Currently, the brand is sold via e-commerce and select grocery channels (Walmart) by Tata Consumer Products of India who is the second largest producer of tea and coffee in the world. For those who may be too young to remember, A&P was the nation's largest mid-century grocery chain and was particularly prominent in the New York metropolitan area meaning, a bag of Eight O'clock Coffee was always around my home growing up as no one in the swinging 70's cared a wit about gourmet coffee and viewed it largely as a functional beverage on par with Maxwell House and Folgers. Today of course, when toddlers are weaned on double espressos and daily twelve dollar lattes are the ruination of countless credit ratings, Eight O'clock now offers "Barista Blends" and Keurig versions to keep our nervous systems permanently jangled.Just for fun, I tried Eight O'clock again recently and found it to be a very decent cup of coffee but honestly, I won't be going out of my way to stockpile the brand. Coffee's not my thing but any brand that has the stamina to survive 165 years, has to be worth an automatic five stars for lifetime achievement. My toddler agrees.“

“I have visited Bean Runner multiple times and each time I visit I am very happy with my experiences. It's a very nice place to visit that has a great menu and freshly made coffees. They have local artist's artwork presented on their walls and feature live music events on Fridays and Saturdays. I haven't been to their live performances yet I plan on checking them out in the near future. I highly recommend this place to just come in with yourself or friends to relax and take in the atmosphere they have to offer. The best thing about Bean Runner is that it's much quieter and relaxing than other cafes that can be very busy and loud. Next time you are in Peekskill give The Bean Runner a visit.Parking: Parking on the street is metered yet is free on weekends. There is also a metered parking lot. All the parking is within walking distance.“

“An incredible spot my great friend Omar took me too during my first trip to Nyak. This beautiful french-centric space has been very well curated by the owner. Excellent Croissant and even an Aperol Spritz option is available.The back tea room area has amazing oil paintings from 200 to 400 years old on the walls. “I've lived in Nanuet for seven years and only just now did I discover this place. The wife and I stopped in because she googled Bubble Tea and discovers this place has it. I came in d instantly knew.... its time to EAT! The Loco Moco meat is serious and I could lick the plate to sop up the last of the gravy. The pasta salad isn't that grocery store swill that tastes like a pile of mayo with pasta and celery.... no! This place serves its own comfort food pasta salad. #Legit! Pineapple fried rice = need I say? Not too sweet, but juuuust enough piña to really pop when I mix it with the gravy!“

“We can walk here in about 4 minutes, and sometimes you just need a chicken sandwich. Super fast, super good, and if you're looking for a solid NY style deli, this is the place. I usually get the chicken BLT style, and my parents when they come up get the roasted turkey. Staff is great, sandwiches are large. They have a large deli section which we'll be checking out, my brother got some hangover named sandwich despite not being hungover, but he said it was super filling and that he would get it again. Love that you can get on a roll or a hero style, which they call a wedge around here, still not used to that. Good assortment of chips as well.“

“This DD is located within Luposello's 24/7 Convenience Store - ideal when you're loading up on snacks for a road trip or visiting the VA Nursing Home up the street. The staff here is pleasant and friendly and they move pretty quick, so you're not waiting too long. I always ask for my receipt so i can log onto Dunkin Donuts online to fill out the quick survey. Five minutes later, i get a code for a free donut with my next coffee order - TADA! I asked the staff if anyone else brings in the free donut code... I seem to be the only person doing this.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“To be honest, you don’t really expect much from cafes or delis at train stations but this was different. The barista made a really great latte and the baked goods were delicious. They had warm and cold foods available and it’s in a convenient location on the 2nd level, from where you can access any of the train platforms via stairs or elevator.Parking: Outside the station is one of the largest parking spaces in the county!Wheelchair accessibility: There is an elevator to this level from the street and more elevators down to the platforms.“

“I've been going to this Dunkin consistently last few weeks, and I always get the same order. The staff is very nice kind and pleasant. One day, very nice lady taking my order was very observant & made my iced coffee differently, & I liked it better because I like it extra sweet. It was very thoughtful how she noticed that I always add extra sugar. So this time she made it with liquid sugar and I haven't been able to have iced coffee any other way. When you're on line, they recognized who you are and that you're a regular and they are very quick and happy to help. My top Dunkin spot. It's very clean, can tell staff take pride in what they do.“

It is really hard to make a left and you will sit there and wait if you are behind someone turning left. There is another McDonald's a mile and a half away to the left but none for several miles to the right. Most of us will be making a right and that should have been considered.Parking: Most people pick up either curbside or at the drive-thru and do not park.Kid-friendliness: It's mcdonald's!“

The service has been consistently great, drinks are finished within a couple of minutes after ordering, and there is a good amount of seating. I'd recommend to any new customers the Dragonfruit Refresher, Strawberry Açai Refresher, Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade, and the Iced Passion Tango (ask for sweetener, the base drink is unsweetened) drinks. My only complaint is that this is not a good place to go if you're looking for a quiet place to sit for a few hours to relax or even read. The music is obnoxiously loud. On multiple occasions I've come to this location to eat and drink and I could not even hear my videos at full volume. I'd recommend to the cafe manager to chill on the loudness of the music, the customer interactions are enough.Dietary restrictions: There are drinks you can get with no/minimal sweetener, and non dairy/dairy alternative drinks. (Coconut milk) Perfect for the diabetic and lactose intolerant demographics.“
