“Friendly staff, great music, delicious coffee. They’re happy to fill your reusable mug as well, which is always a plus. Coffee is great, but I wouldn’t recommend the matcha, it was overly sweet and not very strong. Nice ambiance especially when the fireplace is going. Good space to work or hang out with friends, but be aware that on the weekends it can get pretty packed with the cyclist crowd - though they’re very friendly, they take up a lot of seating!“

The distinguishing factor is the team: their genuine hospitality and consistent professionalism create a meaningful human connection that enhances the overall visit. After frequenting many locations across Westchester and NYC, I’ve often encountered counter staff who seem disengaged; here, the Nanuet manager and team consistently deliver courteous, efficient service with a smile.

I wish that some of the items that you can have made at the corporate store were made at the Paris baguette store in Yorktown with the same quality. The pasta salad isn't that grocery store swill that tastes like a pile of mayo with pasta and celery.... no! This place serves its own comfort food pasta salad. #Legit! Pineapple fried rice = need I say? Not too sweet, but juuuust enough piña to really pop when I mix it with the gravy!“

The service and the food were great. My food came out pretty quickly. This café was located next to a gas station, but the parking situation was not the easiest when this facility was very busy.“

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“
