“I've been tired of fast food and I was looking for something different. This place hit the spot. I've been here two Sundays in a row. Both times I ordered the Philly cheesesteak hero with american cheese, mayo, onions and peppers. The heroes were consistently good. I plan on coming back.

Parking: Parking in the plaza where this place is located is tight but for me it's worth it.”

“The foods great! I had the Steak & Yellow rice & peas . (Huge juicy steak portion! ) My husband had the white rice w pink beans and rotisserie chicken. The taste of both foods was amazing! Tried their passion fruit juice .. GOOD TOO. Don’t know why there are some bad reviews. I looked at most of the bad reviews and they were made a few years ago. Maybe they had a different cook back then!”

Every TV had futbol which is okay with me I was the only person in there that could speak English it gave me a chance to freshen up on my Spanish speaking skills. The ceviche & Pico de gallo was awesome it was very fresh and the steak and the chicken was seasoned well.”

“I have tried almost everything on the menu and let me say, I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. The food is delicious, the portions are perfect and the price is right. Everyone is so pleasant as well. The last thing that I had the pleasure of trying was the Ackee and Saltfish. It tasted like HEAVEN. I'm very picky about that dish and I don't usually order that because everyone cannot make it. “We always order using delivery apps though wanted to come in for the full experience. SO GLAD WE DID. First off, this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I have ever been in. That made me feel really happy. Now to the food! Came for the Taco Tuesday Special and so happy we did. We came very late in the evening so we missed the jerk chicken tacos though I was not disappointed in the jerk beef tacos. Such a great deal and it was delicious. These were the full size tacos, not the minis. Run don’t walk as I’m sure this deal wont last. We also ordered the fried fish and grits , we paid for extra for more fish and so goad we did. I didn’t expect a carribean place to be my new go to fish spot but here we are! We ordered the collard greens which were a little different than the southern style I’m accustomed to though had a spice to kick it up.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. They offered us samples of their new fresh made sea moss which was delicious and we grabbed more to take home.

Highly recommend visiting here for your next meal! Great price to value ratio on serving sizes and there are always great deals on delivery apps.”

“La Fonda Deli is amazing! The food tastes authentic and is made with fresh ingredients which really makes a difference. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect to enjoy with family or friends. I tried the pupusas and the stewed chicken, and both were delicious! Also, the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a place I will be returning to soon. I recommend it 100%!”

“A nice local deli. Fresh food is made daily. They are open for breakfast, but I usually go for lunch. It is a Latino flavored spot, so rice, chicken or fish is usually available. You can find pasta as well. A selection of chips, candy, soda and juices are there of course as well. There are a few indoor tables to sit down at. It's not a very big place but definitely ample to sit down and have your lunch. I almost forgot, there is also hot coffee available”

I’ve been here about 4 other times and no other cashier has ever mentioned that to me until Alexa did tonight. She ended up giving me two for filled up cards which she didn’t have to. “I ate several meals here over a 4 night stay. Breakfast is delicious and the burrito is out of this world. Dinners are great and I especially loved the seafood pasta. Nice casados as well. Had lunch everyday here and I always got the ceviche. Excellent! Guillermo is an amazing host and a great guy. Lara, his daughter was a great hostess as well. Loved this place and it made me feel at home.”

“Been going here for a few years. The staff remembers your usual orders, rarely gets it wrong and will correct any mistakes without a problem. It gets very busy so it’s better to call ahead. Prices have gone up recently but it’s gone up EVERYWHERE. Their prices are still better than most locally.”

Asking for extra rice on your platter is free.I recommend the chicken platter or the combo platter.The falafel pieces are puck-shaped. They are very crunchy on the outside, and are quite good by themselves without needing to add sauces.The dessert kheer is also quite tasty, and the Baklava is flaky and sweet, with plenty of nuts.Yasir (one of the employees) is very friendly and remembers repeat customers.”
