“My family and I have always come here for out go to Chinese take out, everyone is always so friendly and the food is the best in Rochester! I highly recommend choosing Bamboo garden for a delicious easy meal!Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza and completely public and free!Kid-friendliness: Walls are covered with awards from their own kids with plenty of drawing books.“
“Best Singapore Mei Fun in Rochester or any other place I've tried. I think there was only one time I was not happy with it out of fifty plus times I've had theirs. I don't work nearby any more but the last time I was in it looked like they cleaned up the customer area too.“
“Really great spot so far. We got the Gaeng Keo Wahn (chicken), pad thai (chicken), thai wings, and crab rangoon. Other than the wings being a little tough everything was fantastic. They were also very courteous and helpful for the no contact pickup process.“
“I can’t believe it took our family 7 years to pick up the phone and try out the food here. With a gluten allergy in the home , Chinese food has generally been off the table . We ended up seeing a few reviews here by GF folks and decided to give the Beef Curry with Chinese veg and Shrimp Chow Mein a try . The manager was incredibly helpful and educated on gluten and so nice . I think we’ll be spending quite a bit of money here now over the years.“
“I have yet to have any dish that is not great there! True Dim Sum, fresh food items made to order. Wonderful staff! Had salt/pepper squid, shrimp dumplings, shu mai, beef tripe and eggplant with shrimp! We drive there from North Country in Central NY because Syracuse doesn’t have authentic Dim Sun!“
“Stopped by for a late lunch. Menu was interesting and tasty. I particularly liked that the food came to the table as it was cooked, resulting in a hot, fresh to the table meal. While everything was very good, the scallion pancake was amazing and the sweet & sour fish was a particularly nice treat!“
“The pork bone ramen here doesn’t taste like traditional Tonkotsu but it is still flavorful and rich. The spicy one is quite spicy, which is a surprise given that most restaurants I’ve gone to in this area tend to adjust to the local’s tastes, which usually means less spicy. The pork bone component of the ramen though doesn't taste very strong. The non spicy version seems to have a focus in pork rather than pork bone in terms of the flavor. Meat is a bit thin but quite good, egg is great, noodles - i chose wavy, it is good also. Other add ons are also interesting choices but mostly good. The only complaint would be the broth not being the traditional flavor but it is still good.“
“I was worried that after moving into the city I wouldn't be able to find a place with chinese like at home. After an exhaustive search for good Chinese, we found Chang Lung. This has been our favorite spot for 2 years now. First things first: The food here is great! I order the sesame chicken and I think its the best we've tried. No matter what time of day you call there's a good chance you'll be put on a brief hold because they are that busy. Wait time is about 20 minutes after your order is placed. 30 if its the busy hour. They do not deliver, but the food is worth the drive. They also consistently stuff the to go containers with generous helpings of what you ordered. And the food is well packaged, without leaks or spills and honestly it was so pretty when I took it out of the bag I had to take this picture of it! If your regular chinese place is 'OK', I recommend giving Chang Lung a chance. They are epic!“
“Our favorite takeout restaurant in town. Always hot, fresh, and huge portions even when I pick up late night on my way home from work.Even when I don't grab food on my way home, we will drive 20 minutes out of our way to order from here vs somewhere on our side of town.“
“I tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. I ordered the hot and spicy beef with lo mein and chicken fried rice. Asked for extra spicy and for once they actually listened! My wife is a little bit picky about her chicken fried rice, but this had full pieces of chicken in it unlike many other places. The food was delicious and spicy. I will definitely order here again!“
