“Let me preface this review by stating that the food here is amazing. I have never been disappointed with the food. My disappointment comes with the service and the owners treatment of her pt staff. The owner really needs to take a step back and allow her staffing to do their job!!! I was in there to grab a couple of takeout orders and I waited in line for almost an hour before I was able to place my order. You cannot order their takeout options ahead of time. The owner is very critical of her staff and when it is busy she is very controlling to the level of being rude. The line would move much quicker if she would allow a second staff member to assist with filling orders. She often forgets what you asked for because she is so busy controlling how her staff answers the phone, takes payment, etc. The wait time can be absolutely ridiculous simply because as one person trying to manage everything she ends up making customers wait for extended periods of time for their food. Relinquish some control and trust your training. This restaurant could be so much better.“

I previously was not crazy about the rice and other ingredients but Today, I would whole-heartedly recommend the Dinner for 3! Tasty small grains of fried rice. Yummy and tender Beef and Broccoli! New Recipe for General Tso Chicken. Crispy Chicken Balls with Sweet and Sour Red Sauce and 3 Egg Rolls. Great Job! Great Price! For previous Customers who want to be redeemed, try Five Star again!
