“We had breakfast there the morning of 5/30/26 (we were attending a wedding). There was an older gentleman with an Irish accent who was very sweet & funny. I was recently diagnosed with Celiac's disease, so the staff made sure I was able to get something without getting sick. He said the chef wasn't sure about the mozzarella for my dish, but me & our server were quite sure it was safe. I was just happy to find something that was vegetarian & gluten free! “I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

We've been here a few times and usually get a few small plates to share and every dish is fantastic, particularly the Spanish meatballs and the fresh calamari! “Went in for breakfast. Our server was decent. Walked away as I was finishing telling him my order, which came out ICE COLD & WRONG!!!! I requested a ham, COOKED/SAUTÉED ONION & American cheese omelet, fries and RYE toast with crispy bacon. My omelet was well done, the onions RAW, fries were ice cold my bacon was not cooked and not there had to tell the runner, and my toast was marble. All this for OVER &50.00!!! The server came by, we were basically finished. Asked how everything was. How would he or the runner know our order. Neither one looked at the order. NEVER AGAIN!!!“

The managerial staff were very friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. Melissa, our server, explained everything so well, and she took her time with us. The wait staff worked with her seamlessly so that everything came out on time, and our water glasses were always full. The cuisine offered so many different choices, even for vegetarians and vegans.
