“I've been coming from Orange County every week for the last 2 years to watch my grandsons a few days each week. We make it part of our day to take a walk and always stop in for a snack or a sandwhich. Sam and his wife are lovely, friendly people and always make a fuss over the babies. The store is immaculate and the Korean food is not to be missed. The Bulgogi hero is my favorite go to sandwhich....Highly recommend !“

“One of the Best Deli's if not the best in West Hempstead and beyond the area. The food is super fresh and made with quality ingredients. It was a great find for me. I live in Amityville but have been working in West Hempstead this past week and have had some great sandwiches from The Brother's Deli. They also have hot food and salads. The proprietors are friendly and kind. The coffee is hot, fresh and delicious all day! Try this wonderful place! It's on the corner at 345 Hempstead Turnpike with easy parking on the side.“

“On April 19th placed an order for pick their Easter Special roasted honey turkey, honey baked ham and side dishes. The staff members helpful, polite and courteous. My Easter dinner delicious. “I absolutely loved this place. I work nearby, so I always love going to this place. The owner is nice, and the food is pretty good. My only complaint is that I had Haitian Chicken over Rice, but the rice tasted unwashed ruining the dish (the chicken was still good). Other than that, I loved every other option. Especially the Italian sandwich. Plus, it's pretty affordable for lunch breaks ?“

Wanted egg sandwiches at 2 30 in the afternoon and both bagel works and village bagel told me they can't cook eggs anymore they have cleaned the griddle already which just seems ridiculous to me you cant scramble eggs and put them on a roll?? “Whenever I'm in Merrick, which is usually two or three times a month, I always stop at Bagelman of Merrick. They have the best bacon and egg sandwiches and their tuna and chicken salads are always a welcome sight back home. Their bagels are always fresh and flavorful no matter what variety I get. I've come to know the owner, Boris, and his staff, and they are always most helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Merrick.“

“The hot food here (Latin Food) is made fresh daily and it's pretty. You get a decent portion for 1 for $5. Breakfast sandwiches starting at $3 so you can't go wrong and the cold cut hero's are enormous to some really good brewed coffee. Not much on the negative to say except that it would be nice if they carried a larger variety of drink but from canned goods to cleaning supplies to house hold items and an ATM this deli has a lot to offer at good prices.“

“Melville Deli catered a breakfast at our elementary school for 150 people. Simaan was extremely helpful during the ordering process. The food arrived hot and exactly on time. “Deli Boy makes great sandwiches. Very fresh and tasty ingredients. I only recently moved to the area so I have been to a few delis in the freeport Baldwin area. I would say that all my orders have been over the phone for pick up. Because of COVID I wont open rh e sandwhich but all of my sandwiches I have asked for cheese but everytime I get home .....there is none. Its my faukt though I know netter to watch my food being prepared and making sure all the ingredients are there. AI havent really fully enjoyed the sandwich becuae its missing a key ingredient. It hapoened again today. Gbey write the order down perfect on the ticjetbut the sandwich doesnt have evefything on it . Dont get me wrong ill be back but I jave to change my way of ordening to get what I paid for“

“My wife and I ordered here for our wedding across the street. Keith was extremely helpful and accommodating to make our heroes and include side salads at a fair price. We along with members of our bridal party all found the side salads (macaroni and potato some of the best we've had). Recommend to anyone in the area!“

“Hicks Deli is a top tier deli and never disappointed me since this place opened ive been advocating all family and friends to try it out. My usual order is the #4 with a hash brown on top with salt pepper and hot sauce. Coffee is always hot and the line moves quickly if busy. Lots of drink choices and plenty of other typical deli items available. I usually spend under 20$ here“
