“I'll update why but due to being currently hospitalized, I'll try to summarize it quick. I called to ask about my billing. Nicole/Nicola in Vestal hung up while calling someone else to see if she could verify seeing a payment I made on 1/30, on her end today, after I waited on hold for over an hr. I then got Jennifer and she said she doesn't understand HEAP billing then cut me off due to it approaching "closing" @5:30. This was after I had to wait on hold again for over an hr just to start over with going through my billing. If this is the billing department, why is nobody trained on understanding and interacting with HEAP billing? Both individuals explained that only 1 person with Mirabito handles and understands HEAP billing. Why would someone need to be "trained" on it when HEAP literally only does 2 payments a year, max. Then Mirabito does 2 deliveries a year tied to those, max. So why would someone need to be trained on adding 2 sets of numbers then subtract the overall deliveries from the overall payments? What? That's why I called, because that math doesn't add up. I'm calling DSS and HEAP tomorrow to reach out on my behalf too because it appears Mirabito has been pocketing money from my HEAP payments that they shouldn't. If this is accurate, this is fraud. I'm a permanently disabled quadriplegic and need all of the $ from HEAP for fuel. This really is insane to me. There is no possible way that the billing could be any more simpler than it already is.”

“Unbelievable homemade bread! We had the best homemade drop biscuit with ham steak, egg and cheese. Very homey inside. Ambiance was perfection 👌. We are full time travelers, and I would go out of my way for this unique breakfast restaurant. Love goes out to the staff, and that sweet gal that served me coffee.”
“Came for dinner on a weekday. Loved the intimate and personal experience. It's true farm to table in that you don't get to choose your dinner. It's whatever is on the menu that evening. My partner had the duck which was he says was divine. And they made a vegetarian entree for me which was delightful. Paired with the homemade beer. It was beautiful experience. We will come again.”
“Happened in here today just to check it out and left with the most delicious smoked brisket I’ve ever had! Kicking myself for not getting more! Looks like I’ll be making a the hour and a half round trip drive again soon! The breakfast sausage is also very tasty! Not to mention the people behind the counter were super friendly and happy to be there!”

“I do not normally leave five star food reviews in particular but I sat here for half an hour after I was done eating. Couldn't find a single thing wrong. The presentation on the food is perfect. The cheesecake perfect chicken wing roll. Perfect attitude of the person answering the phone exceptionally amazing. The staff repeatedly is always giving you that old-time retail positive experience that you want. As a customer. I have 20 years experience in retail by the way custom food changes. By the way the owner purposely mentions hey. If there's a problem let me know because if I don't know I can't fix it! I've never had a problem with the food but the fact that they ask and encourage feedback that's also not something you see everyday. Thank you everyone. I appreciate an extremely well made meal from probably one of the best crews in the state!”

“Just stopped in yesterday for the first time in about 10 years. I spent many years skiing in the area and this bar was always the last stop when the Belvedere closed. I met some great people while I was there and felt welcomed right away. It’s a great place and I will be stopping again when I’m back in the area. Glad to see it has re opened.”

“I really like the new owners. Great cooks with very fresh ingredients. The Philly Cheese Steak egg roll is fantastic. Shrimp is always cooked to perfection. Spicy foods are really spicy and a favorite of my wife. I have never had a problem with parking.”
